I have been a Customer of Ideal Air for quite sometime now. They are dependable and relaliable. When it was time for me to replace my air condition unit I purchased it thru them and it was a Win Win. The Technician that is coming to my house now is Dalton I really appreciated him, he is detailed, considerated and through, I will request him from now on. Thank you Ideal Air.

AC maintenance in the South is a must. Just had mine done today. Alan did a great job & with summer right around the corner I am now at ease. So glad I have an AC company that is reliable & is professional every time they come out.

Steve came in and troubleshoot the problem. He had to spend extra time due to the fault found and was very helpful and instructive in the repair. Steve has helped me set my systems up so that they should last a long time. His suggestions on improvement have paid dividends. Highly recommend this company and Steve.

Allen was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the issues and solved my AC puzzle timely before my daughter even started complaining about it. Very professional and highly recommended!

Steve inspected the AC system according to the contract I signed a couple of months ago. He did find a blockage in one of the systems but I needed to wait before getting this done due to the additional cost of $150.00. He told me to call when I noticed the system not cooling so I will hopefully get the blockage fixed in another few weeks or so.

Steve & Allen were very professional, efficient, punctual, explained the problem & solution & did a great work. I am very satisfied & would highly recommend Ideal Air Services to anybody.
