From beginning to end, everyone I encountered at Comfort Squad was courteous and professional. Carlos, Emmanuel, and Abel in particular.

It doesn’t take long to tell they’re a family owned business. It was a great change of pace compared to using some of the larger companies in Houston. I’ll be happy to use them again in the future.

We highly recommend this company for any HVAC, A/C and maintenance job. This is our second time working with them and are very satisfied with their workmanship and how they treated us with our needs. The whole crew were so professional in dealing with their customers. We have recommended them to several of our friends and they are all very satisfied with their experiences and we actually signed up with them to do our regular maintenance of our A/C units.

Carlos Puente was my tech and was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and personable. I am so glad I chose Comfort Squad they have been a pleasure from the installation and the servicing of the unit. I highly recommend this Company. Call them for your service need. I even bought their service plan something I would never do with other companies. They are a reputable business.

We called Comfort Squad for an estimate. I was impressed from the the time I made appointment. I immediately received a text informing me of the appointment. I then received another text when Edgar was on his way. Edgar talked with me about the issues with our system and then made his recommendation for the Trane XR17 Heat Pump system for our house. I needed it installed the next day and they were very accommodating with the request. I then received another text when Francisco and Juan were in route. They two men were very polite and they worked together like a well oiled machine. They had the old system out in no time. They wore shoe covers and took them off each time they went outside so they didn’t get the shoe covers dirty and then come back inside with dirty shoe covers. We truly appreciate the effort they made to keep our home clean. Upon completing the installation Francisco went over everything they installed and explained what they did and how system works. They explained the thermostat worked and helped us get it connected to internet so we could program it. I have never been so impressed with a heating and air company. Comfort Squad is definitely a company that I will recommend to my friends. Thanks again to Edgar, Francisco and Juan for a job well done. Carlos Puente was my service tech.He was very professional and went over everything about the maintenance of my a/c &heating system and checked out everything. I highly recommend Comfort Squad if you are having any a/c or heating problems.

I chose Comfort Squad to install my new Heating/Air units in January 2018! Their service after the sale has been great!! My upstairs unit did not come on this weekend and Danielle called me first thing this morning and scheduled Erik to come out today to fix it! It’s now working again and I am very grateful! If you need a new unit, choose Comfort Squad! You will not regret it!!! Their installation and service teams are simply the BEST!!!

EDIT: I had a whole new system put in 2020 and everything was perfect.
The next year I had water coming out of a duct that was in my kitchen and called them out to investigate and fix the problem, it wasn’t condensation but lots of water.
They said their was nothing wrong.
I thought this was where the warranty for installation would cover it. And I was wrong
The following year 2022 they came out for a tuneup and found that now mold had accumulated in the air handler!
Had to get it fixed and that cost me an extra $3700
If they would have found and fixed the problem from the previous year maybe this wouldn’t have happened.

Edgar came out to my home and was very knowledgeable in what I needed.
His was the 3rd estimate I got and it was in the middle of the other two. But I must admit comfort squad offered more services than the others.
And a much better warranty on their labor.
(Beware of company’s that only guarantee their installation for a short time)
He didn’t try to sell me options that I didn’t need or that I didn’t want and that was a big factor in choosing them.
His guys came in on Monday and did a Complete measurement of my homes living space which included an air test checking my home for leaks.
Getting a trane 3.5 ton 16 seer with all new ducts work.

Awesome service! Great staff . They have gone above and beyond for us. Our wonderful neighbors told us about them and we pray that we never have to use or call another company .

I am pleased to write a review for this business. Firstly, there was no attempt to make a hard sales pitch to replace our system(s). Emmanuel performed a thorough inspection of our old units and discussed our options. Since our units were coming up on 18 years we decided to replace them.

Prior to the installation, they scheduled a visit to assess the tonnage requirements including a comprehensive review of the existing ductwork. They redesigned our duct work and shared the blue print with us.

The crew (lead by Carlos) arrived promptly on the day of the installation and went over the logistics before any work began. Installation was completed on time - the entire crew was extremely professional, courteous, friendly and patiently answered all/any questions.

Lastly, we shopped around quite a bit and this was by far the most competitive quote but there was no compromise made on the quality of the units, work and services. I'd highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a HVAC contractor.

Emmanuel did an excellent job at explaining details of installing a new AC unit and complete system. Carlos and crew arrived on time and did a great job at installing the entire unit, duct work, thermostat and all other equipment. I am completely satisfied with the Comfort Squad business. High recommend.
