Hands down most honest reliable ac company I’ve ever dealt with. They communicate and fix the issues at hand. Installers are respectful to you and your home. Do yourself a favor and look no further for a company to provide heating and cooling needs.

Emmanuel came out to give me a bid on a complete heating & cooling system. I was very impressed with the organized packet with a picture diagram of everything that would be replace and how well he explained everything. I had them install a 2.5 & 3 ton 16 seer trane system. Comfort squad was the 3rd bid that I had received with the best price for all the work that was done.

We are 100% satisfied with Comfort Squad. During a fire inspection to adopt/ foster we discovered that HVAC was not up to code and needed to be completely replaced. We had estimates from 4 different companies, with most all but Comfort Squad being out of our budget. Emmanuel at Comfort Squad came with reasonable quote that was less than half the price of the other guys, and even reduced the price further to work with our budget. The install team was professional and explained everything, even how to connect our new smart thermostat to the wifi. I am so pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone with A/C or heating needs.

So after much deliberation I finally chose comfort squad to do the install in my home. They have been extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciate everything they have done for me and will continue to do business with them in the future. Competitive pricing

We contacted Comfort Squad to get a second opinion and quote for replacement of our two 3.0 ton HVAC units at home. They were prompt in responding and meeting us the next day to go over their HVAC package systems. Emmanuel explained to us clearly what the system included and detailed the function of all the parts. They gave us a very good quote which was close to the competitors price for a better overall system.

The work was scheduled within the next week. The work crew had 4-5 technicians who worked the entire day up until late night replacing the HVAC units , ductwork and piping. The crew was very professional, courteous and extremely helpful (despite the fact that they replaced two units in the same day and worked the entire day). They were always on time (usually a few minutes before time). They used drop cloths in the work areas, which made clean-up afterwards minimal. They explained to us the system a couple of times.

The installation went smoothly and passed the city inspection easily. They follow up in a couple of weeks after installation to ensure the units are working well (I will update this review in a few weeks).

I am looking to replace my 18 year old AC unit. I had a few companies come out to give me a bid. I read some reviews about comfort squad and was actually looking forward to what they had to offer. I made the call and they didn’t have anyone available to come over to the house for a week. I am not in a big hurry so I scheduled the appointment anyway. The gentleman that came out looked at what I had and even though I had upgraded my furnace 2 years ago, was insisting that I buy a new one with the AC unit. The furnace I bought is a higher end unit from Trane. (XV95). I want to match the furnace with a XR17 and appropriate evaporator. At the end of the visit he stated his manager was going to have to send me a quote. He also said it would be by the end of the day. I called that night before closing and was told I would get it the next day. Same thing happened the next day. I called and spoke with the secretary and she said she would relay the message. A few days later I sent an email to the company with no response. Yet again I reached out via Facebook messenger and I still didn’t get a response. At this point if they can’t respond to sells opportunities, I can’t imagine what the response would be if there was a problem with an install or a needed repair. I am disappointed with this company.

Clean crew, professional, fast and friendly. I came home from the hospital with pneumonia and a broken AC. Two companies said it needed replacement. Ecobee3 Smart Thermostat Installation

I opened my current thermostat and found it to be a four wire type so I was going to need to use the DIY Ecobee power extender kit. Well I took a look at the HVAC control board and it didn’t look like anything on the Ecobee website or on their YouTube videos, so I decided it was time to call the pros, not wanting to fry the board or thermostat.

I contacted Comfort Squad and Emmanuel agreed to work around my schedule and do the install on a Saturday afternoon. He contacted me about 20 minutes before the appointment and was right on time.

The install took about 30 minutes because it wasn’t a super simple DIY installation, so I’m glad I called them. I entered my wifi code on the Ecobee, put the sensor in the master bedroom and it worked right away. It’s been over a week and the thermostat works great and can be controlled from my Android phone.
