Comfort Squad Heating and Cooling

Comfort Squad installed a complete HVAV system over a year ago and everything is still working great. The project went well and the customer service was top notch.

Service tech, Sergio Cortez, went above and beyond during my annual AC’s service today. He was very thorough cleaning unit and checking system parameters. Taking the time to answer any questions I had. He also noticed some settlement issues on outside unit and took time to re-level compressor slab.

I couldn't be happier with this company and their tech Edward! It's never fun when your A/C goes out. They were super friendly and scheduled me right away and fixed the problem. I highly recommend them will be using them for annual check ups!

This company is legit!!. Me and my wife are very pleased. As a Police Officer dealing with this Pandemic virus is worry enough. Worrying about my AC is the last thing I need right now. Mr. Carlos Puente was very helpful he answers all my questions, he explain everthing he was going to do.

There were issues, but Emmanuel worked them out at least temporarily, until parts are available from the manufacturer. There is still pending work, we'll update once all work is complete.

Sergio was great! He did a thorough good and explain everything he did in simple terms. I would definitely use them again for my heating and cooling problems.

Air conditioner went out on the first hot day of the year Houston, called at 4pm they were here by 730. unfortunately repair was not possible but they offered a portable unit for comfort during the evening, the next morning they arrived and fixed the problem by 3pm, big job! Highly Recommend.
