I can't Thank Comfort Squad enough for what they did for our family. Their prompt service is appreciated. I wouldn't use anyone else for our air conditioning/heating repairs. I would highly recommend Comfort Squad.

Comfort Squad installed my HVAC system last year and did a phenomenal job! I am very pleased with the work as they kept me informed throughout the installation process. They are professional, hard-working, and reliable. I recently requested an AC health check and diagnostic before the summer season. The technician Sergio was extremely nice, friendly and thorough. He did a great job as he checked my system. He took time to review what ge did, took pictures and made recommendations. All of his work and effort is appreciated. Thank you Sergio!💯

Erik did a great job getting my AC unit up and running quickly! I bought my unit from them in June 2019 with a 10 yr warranty. When the blower motor went out on Sunday, they came on Monday and fixed it quickly! All of it was covered under the warranty! Great customer service! I highly recommend them!!!

We needed a full A/C and heating system replaced after hurricane Harvey damaged our unit. We were impressed with how professional and knowledgeable Edgar was with the Trane unit we decide on. They were fast with fitting us in for installment, even with this being a busy time with the flooding in most areas. On the day of installation an amazing group of four gentlemen showed up on time and ready to get to work. They were polite and professional, to top it off the care to details was noticed from the start, they went above what we expected to receive.With this being an all day job, we never heard them complain and they always had a smile when we would walk in to check on how it was coming along. Comfort Squad will be our A/C company for life.

I don't write a lot of reviews however Comfort Squad goes beyond what is expected. I've been a customer of Comfort Squad for over 3 years. They were a great company back then and now the BEST company. As an HR manager I'm well aware of customer service and human behavior. This company has always bent backwards to make sure we are satisfied. Always respected of our property and excellent communication. Looking forward to continuously do business with them.

Hands down, these folks are the best. Emanuel was very knowledgeable, professional and timely. The work was extremely above par and was completed in a timely manner. We had complete system replaced for almost 20% less than what others were asking for with no compromise in quality. We strongly recommend Comfort Squad.

So far amazing. The technician who came to do our estimate was amazing. He listened to what we were looking for and needed, and offered us exactly that. No pressure to upsell; just a good guy with integrity.

Our installation is not scheduled until next Monday, so Comfort Squad sent out another technician today with a portable air conditioner to get us through. Nice perk, and again, another great guy.

So far everyone we have had contact with has been fantastic. Great price on our unit, great people and customer service.

One more note: Comfort Squad does an incredible job using technology to keep you up to date with appointments. I love receiving text messages informing that the technician is on the way with the link to track them. Pretty awesome!!
