Everything about this company is professional. Communication was excellent and included a picture of the tech along with his scheduled arrival time. The estimate was detailed and clearly written. Installation was seamless and the crew was polite, respectful of my property and left the job site clean.

Comfort Squad is fantastic. About five years ago they installed a 4 ton Carrier system for me including the furnace and redesigned duct work. They were by far the lowest bid, beating the next closest competitor by over 1k and using better equipment. Their work was fast and excellent.
Since then I've recommended them to several friends and neighbots for their A/C needs. Those that used them were very pleased with the price, the equipment, and the service. They should be at the top of your list the next time you need HVAC service.

If I could give more stars I would. The good people at Comfort Squad believe in making your home system work!!! There technician, Alfredo, came out diagnosed the issue and fixed it the next day spent a lot of time to make sure it was working right before leaving us. Him and the company went above and beyond my expectations. Use them and you want be in a bad situation!!! They will be the only people I ever call again. Thanks Comfort Squad.

I am thankful that I got a bunch of quotes. I got 3 quotes ranging from ridiculous to more of what I was expecting but they would jack up the price for duct work. After the 3 quotes I stopped asking for duct work in the quote. Comfort squad explained all the work for replacement and need of a bigger service return. They asked me about my ductwork and I asked about the price. We worked to a pretty good number that I kind of figured the price should be and they agreed. It was less than some of the others quoted for just the unit. I saw their reviews compared to others and they were the best. The install was professional and fast. Fernando showed me inside and outside of all the equipment and where the central filter was and the replacement type. They replaced the duct work and routed out of the path of the walkthrough. House flows better! I would highly recommend them after seeing other companies. I found some companies way cheaper but I would check their ac install reviews as some companies mostly do other things and sometime to ac installs but those reviews were pleasant. Look for a deal but if it’s too good to be true, it probably is.

Complete system replacement including duct work. Great price and customer service. Carlos and his crew were extremely professional and did a quick clean installation. Called Monday and new unit I talked by Wednesday afternoon.

I would totally recommend Comfort Squad to anyone having HVAC issues. Our AC went down after almost 15 years of service on a weekend. Comfort Squad was referred to us by a family friend so I called in Monday morning. They had a technician, Luis, come by our home to do an inspection and gave us a free quote. Luis was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions regarding the different Trane systems they have available. We were in between three different systems and Luis gave us a quote for all 3. He was even nice enough to add in a replacement of all our grills without an added fee.

Fast forward the day of our appointment. Erik Ramirez was the technician in charge of replacing our system. Erik and his team were phenomenal. There was a slight miscommunication about the grills but Erik was quick to make sure that we get them as well so he went back to the store while his team worked. They were quick but accurate. When I had a question, Erik was quick to give an answer. We are more than satisfied with our new hvac system and we thank the entire Comfort Squad team but with a shoutout to Erik and his team. Oh and may I add that Erik even upgraded our thermostat and I didn’t even ask. Definitely ask for them if you’re gonna get a system from Comfort Squad. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Great customer service. Very professional technicians that do a great job. I have been dealing with the comfort Squad for over 5 years and they have been absolutely fantastic since day one. I would highly recommend using them for any heating and cooling needs.

We've used Comfort Squad over the years for multiple projects, including a 2 stage AC and furnace, sheet metal ductwork with fresh air, Aprilaire filtration, blower door tests, insulation removal, attic air sealing and blown in cellulose. I wish I could post pictures. The pricing is very reasonable, they do beautiful work and even installed a walkway for equipment access and a storage area in my attic. The owner is a great guy and truly cares about the profession. I'm not one to write reviews, but Houstonians need to know about this group.

The tech arrived on-time and was very knowledgeable with the problem I was having, immediately started working on it and within an hour he had my house cooling back to normal. Was very pleased with the service and will recommend Comfort Squard!!!.

Replaced our HVAC unit and they were extremely professional and excellent work. While the tech leader was going over all of the paperwork and features. His workers were picking up my wife's Christmas decorations that blew over during a strong wind. We are calling them back to do our other house too.
