Seth has been out twice. The second time b/c my husband tried to wire something himself. Seth was kind, helpful, and fast. He is knowledgeable about his trade, gives options and is helpful making decisions. My husband is no longer allowed to touch the a/c we immediately call Seth.

Bryce and Seth were very friendly and very professional. Bryce explained everything they were going to do and both him and Seth did a great job installing the unit. They came at the appointed time and as they worked kept me abreast of their progress. I would recommend Crump A/C and Heating to anyone looking for A/C work.

They were so kind and quick to make it happen. Our a/c went out and they moved the schedule around to make sure someone was out the next day to put our new unit in. They were one of the cheapest we found in. I was told it would take 6 hrs and they had it done in less than 4. I would recommend them to anyone.

When we started searching Google when our old AC died back in August, Crump stood out because of their (almost) unbelievably consistent stellar reviews. Their quote was the most reasonable by good measure, they were quick (and friendly) to work with, so our decision to go with them was a no brainer. And even though there were a few early hiccups with our equipment, they were super responsive in addressing our issues. HIGHLY recommend.

We have used Crump a few times, and they have alway been very responsive and professional. They are quick to figure out the problem and fix it on the spot. We also love the communication. They send a photo and tracking of the repairman, so you know exactly who to expect and when. Highly recommend!

So much good stuff with this company! I was lucky and was assigned Crump AC as the contractor for my Home Warranty of America’s claim and was so thankful that happened! Not only have they gone above and beyond to help me get a new unit but after delay and delay with the warranty company, they kept working with me to help speed up the process as much as possible! Highly recommend! I’ve used Crump with my place of business, but this was the first time I used them with my personal home and I will not go back to anyone else!

Our AC went out over the weekend. My husband (against my better judgement) called someone out who worked on the weekend. They quoted us an astronomical amount of money for the work that was needed.

I trusted my gut and reached out to Crump. They emailed me Sunday evening saying they could be there Monday. They showed up on time, was very honest and professional, gave us an honest price. Almost $3k less than the scam artist we first called.

We wanted to move forward asap because with two littles, we needed to get the work done. Amber at the office was more than happy to deal with me being *extra* at times.

The Crump team came out and installed it the next day to get us up and running and cool again! I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC/Heating repair.
