Awesome customer service!!! Returned call quickly and had someone out same night, all after hours! Leak wasn't from their equipment after all but initial construction fail from builder and they still fixed it! We thought they were awesome with our initial installation of AC's & furnaces. Love them more with how quickly they responded!!!

We were recently surprised in the worst way by a cloud of Freon escaping from a burned out AC compressor. Fortunately, when looking for a referral, we called 3 family members in the Katy area and learned that each had used and were pleased with Crump AC. When my wife explained that we were caring for my 96 year and we were hoping for a quick repair, the Crump dispatcher rearranged their schedule to accommodate us even though we lived in Missouri City (quite a distance from our family members in Katy). After an inspection the next morning the AC technician arranged to pick up a new compressor and had us up and running quickly and like brand new. We were pleased with not only with quick and competent work from Crump but the great communication from both the office and AC technician. We’ve found our “go-to” AC company.

These guys are what we expected many year ago. Honest, great customer service and communication. This value in business is a lost quality and they do things the old fashioned way but with today’s technology. I would never hesitate to call them back or to recommend them. I had an issue with my A/C; called my warranty company around 2pm and was assigned Crump A/C and Heating. They had someone come out at 9:30am, the next day. Greg was super nice, informative and most importantly, my A/C was fixed. Definitely recommend Crump A/C and Heating.

We had a great experience with Crump AC on our newly renovated home. Greg was our technician. He was prompt, professional, and highly skilled at tuning up our system. He recommended that we don't need to replace our system at this time, and we really valued this advice as it showed us how trustworthy Greg is. He repaired some ductwork, replaced our copper, replaced our thermostat, and tuned up our unit. On one of the hottest days of our Houston summer so far, we are cool and comfortable in our home. They took a while to finally come out to fix our ac and had to come out twice, but the technician was very professional and helpful. Happy with the repairs done.
