    This company was assigned by my home warranty company to repair my air conditioning unit. The technician arrived in a timely manner and he repaired my unit. He explained the steps he was taking to repair my unit before he completed them. My repairs were completed in approximately thirty minutes. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Good work! Scheduled an air conditioning repair for the same day I called. They sent me an estimated time of arrival and the technician was in our house within the time frame given when service was scheduled.

    Technician (Greg) came on time and quickly identified the issue. He put in a temporary fix which was great since the part had to be ordered and it was getting too hot without the AC running. Once the part became available, the technician came back and completed the job. Overall, very good experience. Technician also wore face mask on both visitsđź‘Ť.

    When everyone from my home warranty company to 2 other AC companies let me down, dragged their heels and in some cases straight up lied to me, these guys saved the day. Bryce was fast, honest, he knows his stuff and got my house cool again when everyone else failed. I can’t thank them enough.

    I had call CRUMP because the home warranty sent me RLC Services, which visited my home 6 times and couldn't fix the issue. So far my A/C has been on with no issues. Thanks CRUMP.

    I've used them twice so far. Very professional, friendly and honest. Came in, immediately found the issue, fixed it quickly, never tried to up sell me on anything. In and out, problem fixed and very reasonable price.

    The tech was very friendly, didn't seem lazy or like he hated his job (hvac is easy to hate), tried to take time to explain things and serviced my system. I am not capable of judging his technical assessment or service carried out on my system; the issue i have/had is an intermittent one. Time will tell. I would have given 5 stars but i didnt only for the aforementioned reason. I would reccomend this company though.

    I called because I had an issue with my A/C and they immediately called me back and were able to get a technician out within the hour. I definitely recommend this company. They are honest and will do their very best to help!

    My insurance company (HWA) sent this company to my home to repair my A/C on 25th of June. The name of the technician was Bryce. He came to my house and he checked the system. He told that there was a leakage on the system and the coil needs to be changed in order to fix the problem. And he supposed to report the HWA to place an order for new coil. But he didn't do it. I called maybe 20 times this company and HWA to make the things faster but there was no progress. Then HWA set another company and sent the technician. He checked the system and found that there was no leakage on the system. The coil was ok. He just added refrigerating gas to the system and it works perfect!
    I lost three days just because of the technician and this company! I have a small infant in the house and I emphasized the technician about that to make the things faster. But nobody cares. I reported this situation to HWA, too. I hope they are not gonna work with them anymore.

    "Crump A/C Technician Seth took time to explain options of temporary Freon refill to wait until later for potential upgrade of compressor & evap coil. He also called during scheduled arrival time to explain a delay in his arrival. Very pleased!".
