Air Tech of Humble - Elite Comfort

The technician was on time, and seemed thorough. The service call was for a routine a/c system maintenance service.
The system checked out well, but the technician left the system disabled.
Hours later I received a phone call from angry tenants because the house was extremely hot inside.
I immediately called the company, but it was several hours before another tech arrived to find and fix the problem.

The follow up communication was severely lacking, as the 2nd technician never called to update me if the a/c was working or not.

Kenya was super friendly & knowledgeable; very hard worker that takes pride in his tools. Would be great to have him to solve and work any job that I may encounter in the future.

MC was my technician. He was on time, and professional. He explained everything to me and gave me plenty of options. He really was wonderful to deal with. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of AC service.

Service man Joel was considerate, informed me on what he felt was the issue. He was correct and repaired the AC drain pipe quickly and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely recommend him and Air Tech to others.

Mike was really informative and gave me a lot of information of how my a/c is performing and changes we can make the house to help with airflow.

Joel was on time and very professional. After he checked my AC units and heard one making a funny sound. He took a video of it and showed me what the problem was. He also helped me figure out my cost, and what was covered under warranty. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He came out the next day and replaced the motor. Thank you!
