We paid to get a new compressor and furnace installed summer of last year (2017), which mind you is not cheap at all! So, this summer our a/c went out and knew it was under their guaranteed warranty, so we made several calls to the owner himself and the company, and no one would come out to service it, my calls were getting forwarded later and was told I would get a call back NEVER did! They obviously do not make service calls a priority even if you had THEM install everything. We ended calling the owner of Just Chillen A/C & Heating to come take a look at our a/c and he was great very knowledgeable and came all the way from Livingston for just a service call. That's how you do business there, I will refer friends and family to him for sure. Just know that if you pay a lot to get something replaced whether it be a new condenser, furnace, coil system etc., and later need it serviced for what ever reason DO NOT EXPECT to be priority!!

A one star rating is too good for this company. I would give them a negative score if i could to be honest. Tex Star installed an AC unit into a brand new business location in June of 2018,”. By September the system has already gone out. We called them to get our unit repaired under their guaranteed warranty. They promised that they would be out to us by 4pm the same day. By 5 they hadn’t shown. Every time we called back they said they would be there in 30 minutes and that they were late due to traffic. (Based upon several traffic apps he trip the were supposedly taking should have taken less than 30 minutes). Finally they showed up at 730, an hour and half after the business closes. I had to wait until 9 o’clock for them to accuse us of damaging our unit and cutting lines, the unit which is located on top of a commercial building and can only be accessed by a 20 foot or taller ladder btw. At 9pm they told me that they would have to come back in the morning, as they would have to go to “the warehouse” to get parts to replace the damaged ones. They asked me what time I could be at my business to start work. I told them 930 and they asked if I could be earlier, so I begrudgingly told them I could arrive at 9. They were adamant that they would be there waiting for me. I show up at 845am the next day to no one waiting. When called they said they had to go to the warehouse to get parts. Mind you contractors supply warehouses open at 5-7am depending on specific industry. (This should not have been an issue since they already knew they had to go to the warehouse and be at my office by the agreed 9am that they made me show up an hour early for). By noon the still had not shown up and the owner starting ignoring our calls. Long story short do not have any service done by these crooks as they will do a poor instillation job as well as completely ignore any warranty service work.
