I was able to conveniently scheduled service for an AC tune up using the website without any issues. This was the first time I had requested service from Air Tech of Humble and Claudio was quick and thorough servicing the HVAC equipment and took and provided pictures showing the state of different components and serial numbers in case it is ever needed as supporting documentation for warranty claims. I am a first time homeowner and Claudio made sure I knew everything I needed to keep my AC working well with regular maintenance and service. I was satisfied with the service and signed up for their membership/service plan due to the great service Claudio provided.

Joel was on the ball very nice and explained what he was doing. I really liked the ap introducing the tech and giving a map so I knew EXACTLY when he was to arrive. I expect to use this company again. Just hope not to soon.

The installation was professionally installed. Very happy with the results. Adam and his crew were outstanding. They showed me the new installation and helped set up the new thermostat with our Wi-Fi. They also cleaned up afterwards which was greatly appreciated. I strongly recommend anyone needing HVAC service contact this company. Nothing stops a Trane - just saying!

Luis Sandoval had his crew out to my house the next day after I called and replaced a bad blower. Since I did the 10yr warranty and parts, the replacement was covered at no cost to me. Took them a little over an hour total. Great work and company!

MC Perez came out late on a Saturday night and he fixed our A/C, which we are so thankful! He was polite, informative, and even had shoe coverings for his shoes. Definitely recommend MC and Airtec!

David arrived on time even with my request being made late on a Friday afternoon. Very professional and was quick to diagnose, and repair, our system that wasn’t operating would recommend him to any of my neighbors.
