MC Perez is an outstanding craftsman for HVAC systems. He was prompt, professional, cheerful and took pride in doing a great job. I’d like him to be assigned to my house for ALL future maintenance and repairs. He left my AC units looking like new!!!! That has NEVER happened before. Take a look at the pictures.

William showed up promptly - gave my unit a thorough evaluation and explained what was going on.
This was at a time when three other companies didn’t even bother to return my calls.

The install crew (Luis) came out two hours later and spent a very hot afternoon putting in a new unit.

My A/C bit the dust and I was reviewing multiple local companies and options. Michael Caruthers from Air Tech did an amazing job selling, explaining, and supporting. What sold me on this company was their outstanding reviews, their responsiveness compared to their competition, and their proposal, which offered more value to me than the others I had been considering. They had my system completely replaced and working the next day (it was a Saturday also). On the Monday, I also had them add attic insulation and clean the all the ducts since both were needed badly. Luis Llama from Air Tech led that effort. All of it went very smoothly, they were very professional, their subcontractors did awesome, and their office staff was very friendly when I called to pay them. Very satisfied!

Michael was incredibly professional and helpful when he came to service our aging ac units. He quickly identified the issue and replaced the offending part. I asked him about replacing our units and he spent the remainder of the day explaining the different models, what he recomended and working up reasonable estimates. He even called the office to ensure everything was good and got us better pricing. When they came to install the units, the project manager, Rory, came and made sure to explain everything that was happening and what to expect. The installation team, led by Luis, was quick and efficient making sure to keep our house safe and clean throughout the install. During the install 2 other managers stopped by to answer any questions and to ensure we were happy. This company is amazing !!!!

Luis and his team were very personable and professional . They arrived 30 minutes early, came in and took care of their business. After they were finished, because I didn’t want to go into the attic, Luis showed me pictures of everything that was done. All-in-all, this was a good experience.

My initial consultation with Mr. Perez was also an easy experience. I had contacted a couple of other companies to get help with my A/C but I was not satisfied with what they told me. Mr. Perez listened to my input, did a thorough inspection of my unit and was very precise in his explanation of things. I was very comfortable dealing with him. Great service

I would like to thank William brooks for coming out this afternoon and saving the day. William was real helpful and informative in the whole process of diagnosing my unit. Not only did he take pics to show my wife what he found but he also had no problem with me tagging along to see and educating me in the process. William keep up the great work and thanks for the 5 star job today.

Mike arrived sooner than I expected which was a blessing. He was very professional and fixed my air conditioning very quickly. He wad also patient and answered my questions for me. I am really glad that i called Air Tech of Humble. I am also glad that I purchased the great service plan. I will be reaching out to Mike and Air Tech in the near future to replace the unit. Cynthia

Amazing service!
Our AC stopped cooling so we called our home warranty, they sent a tech out who said we had a leak and needed a new unit, leaks were not fully covered so we would of had to pay 3800.00. We had a bad feeling about the tech so we decided to get a second opinion. We are so happy that we called Air Tech of Humble! Our tech Dustin came out and did a full diagnostic that determined our unit was fine, no leaks and it was just a part that needed to be replaced…And that part was covered under the warranty! We are so grateful for Dustin’s expertise and professionalism he was thorough, courteous and best of all honest! Thanks Dustin for taking the time to check everything, you went above and beyond and definitely earned our future business for Air Tech and now we’re staying cool!

Joel was an all round awesome technician! My unit was having an issue with not cooling properly and after I tried troubleshooting it myself I couldn’t figure out the issue. He came to my house earlier than expected in this heat wave and got it fixed in no time and he taught me a few things about ac’s that I wasn’t aware of as well. We’re very grateful to call this company and have him as our technician.

I have had Mike Ford out to my home 4 times. (Three of those were for semi-annual check ups). His professionalism and expertise are outstanding. No nonsense with what is going on with your system. No bait and switch, and no games. After many issues with an evaporator coil under warranty, Mike Ford was the technician that finally resolved all issues. Subsequent preventative maintenance visits were uneventful and keep us very happy both in hot summer and cold winter.
