Mike went above and beyond to come out for an emergency repair for my mother on a Saturday; he was there incredibly fast, was able to diagnose the problem and get the part ordered, and as soon as it came in the next business day returned and repaired her system quickly and professionally. Wonderful service!

I was really satisfied with Mr,Perez he was very professional being so thoroughly with the job I wanted done in my attic, Luis's crew did an amazing job while I was at work they came in and out in 3 hrs, did what they were supposed to do and left a clean job. I'll be recommending air tech to family nd friends in need of service. Great job!!

MC Perez came out for maintenance on our HVAC everything was done thoroughly and he cleaned up after himself. Pictures were taken of all units and parts, then shown and explained. Cost and options were thoroughly presented. MC was very personable and professional.

I was very impressed with Will because not only did he get my a/c working but he also explained why I was having problems! And i’m doing everything he suggested to the tune of $2800I trusted him and of course if his suggested solution does not work I am old and will spend the rest of my life in prison🤪

Michael from air tech, was the tech whom was assigned to my home. He showed me of all the steps and explaining the procedure of analyzing the situation. While in the middle of analyzing all of this, I was constantly asking questions . Why this ? why that?
And answer everyone of my questions. Naming Coil and condenser and other parts. I felt like was a technical after he finished analyzing my A/C.
Furthermore, he began to ask question regarding the air filter and upkeep as well as perhaps obtaining a warranty with company.. I was well satisfied with his performance and professionalism outstanding man..- tech..

Joel Castaneda came out to assess my 3 year old Trane air conditioning system because it was making new noises and not cooling well. He performed a thorough assessment of the system and quickly identified several issues that needed to be addressed - both inside and out. The unit was quickly brought into working order and a failing fan was identified as the source of the noise. It is cooling better tonight and he will be back in a few days with the warranty- replaced part to return the system to its original condition. He was friendly, competent and helpful and patiently showed me some ways to keep the system working at its best. In this post-Covid era it is great to find someone with this high level of skill who remains customer-focused.

We have had humidity issues since we moved in our home in 2020. Air tech has always been responsive & provided quality care. Dustin Taylor has helped us a few times in our home & we are so thankful! He is very professional & takes the time to listen to our concerns to find solutions. Air tech has installed return vents in our upstairs bedrooms & we are getting more work done this week. Will post an update! Thank you Mr. Taylor & Air tech team for your hard work!

I called two other a/c repair places before I called Air Tech of Humble. Big mistake. Both gave honest estimates, but seemed high to me. However, the two services did not agree on the problem, so I chose the cheaper estimate and part replacement to try first. That part, a new circuit board, failed to get the system running. I then decided to replace the ecm motor, the circuit board (again), and the thermostat myself to try to save money. The unit still wouldn't work.

Since I had just received an Air Tech flyer in the mail (looking back, I think the Almighty was having mercy on me) I called them up and they scheduled the service call. Mike Caruthers, the repair technician called me shortly thereafter, and after listening to my story, he told me he was taking it personally and showed up at the crack of dawn the next day to start the work. Turns out the circuit board was of a variety that had to be programmed after the installation. Nobody else was able to figure that out. After patiently waiting for tech support to call him back, he was told he needed a special tool for the programming, which he didn't have. He called his company, they found the tool, sent a driver to pick it up, who met another driver (one of his bosses!) half way, then delivered it to my house for Mike. Mike had the system up and running in no time. Mike and Air Tech demonstrated amazing knowledge, skill, and an absolute dedication to customer service, from top to bottom, that I didn't think existed in this country any more. Awesome, wonderful, fantastic, amazing, those are all words that come to mind, but I don't really think they are adequate in expressing the knowledge, the level of engagement, and the friendly, caring professionalism of Mike and the team at Air Tech. After finding coolant leaks in our nearly 22 year old compressor and furnace, we reached out to several companies to get quotes on a new HVAC system.

Air Tech of Humble sent out MC Perez, who was very personable, HVAC knowledgeable, and patient with our decision making. We made our mind up within a few hours (which was already after 6pm) and MC Perez was able to get us on a schedule for the very next day with an install window of 8-10am.

At 8:10am, Mr. Kenya, along with Mr. Oscar and crew arrived and were all courteous, professional, and hardworking. In near 100 degree weather outside, also climbing a hot roof, and possibly 115-120 degrees plus in our attic, they installed a complete HVAC system, along with reinstalling our existing Reme Halo whole home UV air purification system, tested everything, and cleaned up in right around 5 hours. You can’t ask for much more hustle than that! Thank you all very much for getting my family and I back in the cool AC comfort of our own home again!!
