Great job by Dustin as always with our annual maintenance visits. He is proactive in communicating when he will be there, honestly answers questions and provides information on what he is seeing when he does the inspections and what our options are. Really great service!

Joel was very polite and efficient in his work. He gave us the estimate up front and we are happy with his work.

Dustin did a great job listening to my problems with my a c unit. Preformed multiple tests and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure to have him work on my a c unit

Sketchy technician quoted almost $4000 to work on our AC that was perfectly fine (it was just a routine check).

When repair service was declined technician said “alright you’ll be calling us when it breaks down”.

No I will not call you back. In fact, I will never call this company again.

P.S. - My neighbor was also diagnosed with a need for a brand new unit eventhough theirs is only 8 years old.

Joel was on time, explained everything to me, he was professional and friendly and most of all he hooked me up so that i could have air tonight, that is such a blessing in this heat and humidity! He knew just what the problem was explained what he could do to get me up and running, displayed a Great Representative for your company!

Mike Ford came out today to diagnose an intermittent problem with my HVAC unit and Compressor. He was thorough, highly knowledgeable and asked many diagnostic questions in his goal to sniff out the problems I identified. He took pictures of the coil, the blower motor and associated motor fan assembly that the blower motor drives. He checked everything on my compressor in search of a possible failing component on the system. He also committed to check my warranty status and provide to me via email the pictures of the systems identifying model & serial number label. David was very professional and kind and did a great job with the maintenance of our AC as well as a small repair. We will definitely keep using them!!

Just completed another check up with Joel out of Air Tech in Humble and, as usual, great work with attention to detail and recommendations on how to keep my HVAC in top condition. Great company to work with all the way from the front office to the technicians that come to your home.

It sucks to have to call an AC repairman to your house. It’s even worse at the beginning of summer when the bad news is you need another unit, but you’d rather someone tell you the truth and what need to hear rather than what you want to hear. Just brace yourself for the possibility of it being in the thousands to get up and running again.

Claudio is professional and diligent. Showed up on time while giving me regular updates. Did the PM work on my two Trane AC units. Much appreciated and highly recommended
