MC is my preferred tech. He is always so willing to go the extra mile every visit. He has a great attitude and you can tell he loves his job.

I had a good experience with William Brooks, he fixed the issue with my AC and gave me recommendations and explained the issues. I am satisfied with his service.

Every single person I spoke to was extremely friendly and professional. They came out around 10 pm last night (12/23) to help me get it running. I even received a call prior to the tech arriving to see if we could get it up and running, instead of having to pay the tech charge. They showed the utmost level of professionalism, friendliness, and honesty. That is refreshing with experiences I've had with other companies.

I cannot recommend them enough for how amazing they have been!!

I would also like to add, Mr. Garcia and Mr. Taylor were both amazing technicians!

Dustin was a very informative during the diagnostic. He took time to explain the issues and provided detailed explanations on why my heater was not working properly. I am very pleased with his work.

Good evening, my name is Ms. Akins and I had the good fortune to have your A/C Tech, Joel Castaneda, work on my A/C unit today. The unit was draining into my garage and Joel told me what he believed was the problem and he diagnosed it correctly. He was so pleasant and didn’t mind answering my questions. MC Perez has saved us again!!! He has the best customer service and he explains everything that needs to be done. He services/preps my unit for the summer and the winter. David stopped by for the post installation quality inspection. He was on time, professional and polite. He assured me everything is in proper working order and I have no reason to doubt him. This entire installation experience was pretty stress free and I would recommend this team to anyone I know

Our A/C went out Sunday at 4PM. I called Air Tech and David was here by 5pm. The fan motor had went out and they replaced it that evening. We had our A/C back by 8PM. Great company. Highly recommend.
