Michael Ford was our tech, and he was magnificent. Came out on a Sunday night and made our issues understandable. He quickly established trust and credibility with us. We have a path to getting our system up to date and we don't feel taken advantage of. Mike is great, and we will trust him and Air Tech for our HVAC needs.

David Helka is knowledgeable and well versed in his craft. He was very understanding with my situation. He handles the job with the most professional attitude. He was diligent and very informative about the cause and the solution to the problem. He made this experience the best. He gets 5 plus stars. Called the company for issues with one of our units. MC Perez came out and was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He addressed some issues that we were unaware of and so glad he did. He was very thorough and took pictures so I could see exactly what was going on. I appreciate him and the company for coming out same day and fixed our unit. 100% recommended!

Michael Ford has performed my system adjustment after my initial install and did a Great job. Now a year later has come back for my scheduled maintenance and has done performed at a high standard. They arrived on time, the price was reasonable and they stayed until the job was done, which in my case, was after 9pm. The techs were friendly, knowledgeable, and even took the time to explain a little about how air conditioning works to my children. I would definitely use this company again.

I finally get turned off all those window units trying to keep the house cool which was quite noisy yet still warm upstairs.

Our thermostat went out and Chris come out the same day. He replaced our thermostat, cleaned our system, and gave us some great advice to prevent issues in future. The communication was clear and concise and he was extremely helpful with any and all questions we had. Will definitely be using them in future for all our HVAC needs.

I had Michael C as the service technician. I set my appointment up online which was quick and easyZ. The service technician showed up on time and was very professional. He explained the details of what will be done for the service upon completion of the service. He explained everything that was found. He noted what recommendations were to be addressed immediately versus ones that could be done at a later time. I found the pricing to be on par or better than other companies. I would recommend this company to others.

Our technician, Joel, was able to come out the same day and save us from this heatwave. He arrived early on a Saturday evening. Other companies I called had waitlists of 3-7 days. Fortunately for us, it was a quick fix of some refrigerant and he was done in an hour. Joel was our hero (and he’s very nice too).
