David your technician was very courteous and professional. He cared about our home and even wore booties when coming in and out of the house. He explained things thoroughly and we appreciate that. Thumbs up for David!!!

Elite Comfort was great, particularly the service technician, MC Perez! I came home at 8pm from a two week trip to discover that a power surge had fried my A/C unit’s control board. I called Elite Comfort and they sent MC the next day. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain everything. He put a work around in place to keep me cool until he could install the permanent fix the next day. I will definitely be using them again!
