On Time Experts

Unfortunately, life is moving me to Houston after three years of employment at On Time Experts. I would stay here indefinitely if it were not for the commitment I'm about to make. On Time Experts firmly holds that the customer should be taken care of and takes every step to ensure this happens. Never before have I seen a leadership group so committed. It is the most sincere business I have ever encountered. On time experts is the place to go if you want to find a business that is capable, trustworthy, and offers you far more value than what you pay. Obviously, nobody wants to have a problem with their heating, air, or plumbing, but it’s nice to know there’s always a company that cares about you and your family. Give them a call! You won't regret it, I promise!

This is strictly based on my experience with On-Time Experts. Your experience may be different! I never used them in the past, nor I asked any of my friends their opinion about On-time experts. I scheduled the AC tune up for two units on a Friday. On-time experts gave me time slot 9PM to 1PM. I waited until 2PM on that day. No one showed up nor no one called me. Two weeks later I called them again and tried to set up another appointment. They told me, they pass on my number to the dispatching unit and they will contact me. No one called me either.

Every single time they visit your house for basic maintenance you are pressured to buy additional parts or services. Every.Single.Time. And they try to come out multiple times per year. You'll never get away without paying minimum $300 for one thing or another. If you can avoid using them, I would suggest it. They lay the pressure on thick. Everytime they say "well it's a very expensive unit you have here, you need to make sure it's taken care of". The exact same speech, everytime.

Hey All! This Kathryn Ludwig (used to be Kat Bali) Just wanted to do a quick review for this AWESOME company! On Time Experts are whom my husband and I have always used, for several reasons. They’re service has always been wonderful and a quality service at that!! But the fact that they take special care of the military veteran community is one of our main reasons for using and STAYING with them!!!

We usually get different service technicians out on our summer and winter maintenance, and we have always appreciated and loved our techs, but today was EXTRA SPECIAL!!!

Today we had MJ Singh! I was extremely impressed with his customer service, knowledge, detailed and comprehensive/all-inclusive communication, and attention to detail!!! Ahhhmazing rapport quickly followed his entering our home! I could not have asked for a nicer, communicative, caring professional!!! I will be asking for him to be our regular technician!!! Thank you to ALL at OnTime Experts, you never let us down!!

I had an issue with my toilet running and the water to the toilet not fully shutting off. Jonathan immediately knew what the problem was and did a great job explaining the issue and fix as well as the multiple steps we’d need to go through to get the whole thing taken care of. Since we were unable to turn the water off inside, Jonathan went to turn off the main line but ran into issues so the had to call the city to taken care of it. He waited for the city to show up and prepped the area for when he would be able to the work while he waited. He had the city employee wait so he could do the valve replacement and then have the water turned back on to ensure the valve worked correctly and then proceed to the other tasks. He made sure to explain everything to me when the work was done. I really appreciated the general thoughtfulness he showed and efficiency.

Troy came out today and he was awesome! He was very professional and thorough, explaining everything he did. It was quite a relief after having several experiences with companies trying to upsell parts and services on a brand new unit. I will definitely call On Time Experts next time an issue arises and request Troy as my technician.

George today took care of the problem I was having with the system. He took the time to educate me on how i can keep things running better between services. I am grateful he also took a quick look at my other unit and gave me some pointers

They are just wonderful! They take care of our plumbing issues and our AC issues and they are very quick to respond. Today Clint and his team were fantastic and we thank you!

Twice scheduled system inspections this spring.

They called within window of arrival indicating another emergency. Said they would arrive at latter part of window. I called back after window closed & rescheduled for 3 weeks later.

They did the same thing again for the second appointment despite being told they would make a note for first thing service.

Mentioned their “on-time” advertising and expresses my frustration. Cancelled this appointment

Called another company who had a shorter lead time and they arrived promptly with excellent communications.

Very disappointed!

Would not recommend!
