George was great. On Time Service was able to come out quickly and take a look at our unit. We had a power outage and the outside unit stopped communicating with the thermostat. George came out and looked over the unit and got it running. He even helped save us some money. He was easy to talk to and explained everything clearly that I understood. We were looking for a new HVAC service provider, after our previous one let us down. We may have found our new one.

We had an issue with our AC recently so I reached out to On-Time experts and they sent Joe and Nick. They are on time, friendly and very professional. They not only fixed the issue quickly but explained what happened in detail and helped me understand the issue properly. Thanks for the service guys.

George came to diagnose why my upstairs A/C was not cooling properly. He was very professional from the start and extremely thorough in his testing. He was able to determine the cause and will return to fix after getting the part. Highly recommend.

My outside unit wasn’t running and I narrowed it down to a bad contactor. Called On-Time Services and they came out within 90 minutes and confirmed my diagnosis. Joey & Lance took the time to check if the system was still under warranty, as well as explain costs when we learned it wasn’t. They quickly fixed the issue and waited to verify it had, in fact, been resolved.

As always, a wonderful experience with On-Time Experts. Every tech they have sent out, for either plumbing or HVAC, have been highly skilled and extremely personable. Today’s appointment was with George and he was a pleasure to work with. He got the job done quickly and worked within our budget.

George and Johnathan were excellent and very thorough. They pulled blower wheels and cleaned which had never been done. I would recommend them to anybody. Excellent service.

Scheduled the Furnace and A/C inspection and cleaning $59 special. I couldn’t get an appointment for three weeks. I had to call to confirm the appointment. The tech was scheduled between 12 - 4. At 4:15, I had to call to confirm he was still going to show. He rolled up around 4:45. He checked the furnace, changed the filter and checked the condenser unit outside. He ran a hose inside the condenser to make it look like he did something. When he was done I asked if he cleaned the coil and he responded, yes. However, he did not and the coil is still dirty. I really only wanted the coil cleaned but agreed to the service because it was so cheap. I called to complain and was told “Dave” would get back with me to make it right. Dave never called. So I basically paid $59 for the tech to change my filter. I would really just like my money back. Please don’t reply and ask me to call you. Good customer service would have you call me.
