Unfortunately, my recent experience with On Time Experts has been extremely disappointing.
I purchased a new AC from OTE about 5 years ago. This year I wanted to get an AC tune up prior to the hot summer months. I called the service dept/filled out forms on 4/12. They got me on the schedule for 5/10 between 12-4pm, not a big deal (I understand it's a busy time). The day of my appointment I get a call at 11:30am that they "need to cancel because multiple customers don't have ac". Again, not a problem and I'm still understanding of the situation at this point. They proceed to tell me that they don't have a date that they can confirm, but can put me on a "list" to call back and work me in the schedule. Today is 6/6 (almost two months later from my original call) and I decide to call THEM back. OTE says I'm still on the "list" but they still cannot confirm a date.
On Time Experts is lacking in customer service and I caution anyone from using this company if you're looking for accountability and follow through.
George and Isreal were very professional excellent customer service. I recommend both of them to continue my service when needed. Thanks George and Israel for all you do.
It was a good experience very professional and thorough, they explain every thing that they are doing and what we needed to do to keep our ac unit and furnace in good working condition. The tech Trevon was very informative and professional and knew what he was doing, he is a great asset to the company. We have used many different company’s to maintain our unit but never got service like this. I highly recommend On Time Experts. And look forward to using them for many years for our ac needs.
Absolutely love On Time Experts. We have been using them for over a year now. I don't have any complaints. The employees are always professional, nice, and answer any questions I might have. Jerad Lawson just came out and did some maintenance and cleaning on the ac unit and he did an amazing job. Thank you

The reason I am rating this low is because of misinformation (or lack of information) we were given by our sales guy and the online account set up. Look at your payment schedule when you sign the documents, TAKE YOUR TIME on that piece. Don’t listen to the salespeople who say “I’ll just put down the first of the month and you can change it later.”
I’ve been charged by the loan servicer people 2 TIMES THIS MONTH and both on a day I did not select (I’ve already paid this month)
What are they not telling you? It takes 3 months before your CHOSEN due date is approved and kicks in. The first month you have to pay on the day that is put down ON your paperwork. Had I known this, I would have done it the “right way.”
During a maintenance/check of our heating and cooling system the team found a leak. Chase and team were great about showing pictures, explaining the issue, and providing options. While you don’t want to hear you have to spend money the team was great about walking through all the options, and providing different costs and risks. Very professional
George arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection of my HVAC system; he also showed photos of the cleaned system and provided a detailed explanation of the inspection results! Very satisfied customer!
George was professional and took the time to explain various options that we have to remove the odors from our a/c ducts. Thanks so much for your quality service!
Jóse and Savonte were my techs. They did maintenance/cleaning and checking my furnace and air conditioning system. Excellent service, great attitudes and they explained everything they did. Very upbeat personalities and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again.
