When I first called I was greeted and my questions were answered. I was not rushed or blown off. The technicians arrived on time, were professional, respected my property by wearing shoe covers, explained everything thing to me and friendly. I will definitely use them again!

Chase Cross did a Complete AC + Furnace Tune up/ Cleaning for two separate properties. He was very informative and polite. The work he did was thorough. And he gave good suggestions for additional preventative maintenance we could be doing to preserve our a/c systems. Based on his work, we signed up for the Front of the Line Benefits membership for both properties.

What a great company! We called On Time Experts for the first time yesterday and we were so impressed. From the personal attention the receptionist gave us, to the integrity of the business philosophies (no up sale, a great service contract, and fantastic warranty policy), we absolutely loved them. What was most remarkable was the technician, Jose Gonzalez. His knowledge and expertise of our unit and ability to diagnose the problem, all the while explaining everything to us, was just what we needed! He had the most amazing attitude and such a great personality, we felt very fortunate to have had him show up at our door! This will be our HVAC repair company from now on! Oh, and BTW, they WERE on time!

Been a loyal customer for about seven years, but customer service has gone downhill and it is time to move on. They have started being late and/or just not showing up for appointments. Most recently, I had an appointment with them and rearranged my work schedule so that I could be there for it. After I waited around my house for the appointment window, they called to tell me they weren't coming out and the next available appointment was over a month away. I took it and once again rearranged my work schedule so that I could be there. I once again waited for them to come but could not wait all day. They showed up after the appointment window and charged my wife more than they have ever charged me for a pan treatment. I e-mailed them to express my concerns with them blowing off appointments and not being on time, but they never responded (after e-mailing them, I waited about a month before posting this). Really upsetting as they used to be extremely reliable and made things right whenever there were issues. But they just don't seem to care as much anymore.
