On Time Experts

Every person who I have had come out to my house for a/c repairs or heating have been wonderful. The gentleman today was one. Afraid do not remember his name. Also today I had to have plumbers come out and they were wonderful. I do remember their names, Stephen and Hunter. So a big thank you for all the people who have done work on my house.

The technicians were very knowledgeable and clearly explained everything as they worked through their process. I would definitely recommend this team and welcome them back to my home for my next AC maintenance service. Give ‘em a raise!!!

I bought an annual service plan for my 2 HVAC units in September 2022. I was told that we would be called when it was time to service the units in the March/April time frame. In early April, I called to set an appointment since I hadn’t heard anything, I was told that they were booked until late May. I asked to set an appointment, and was told that they don’t set appointments for the preventive maintenance program. How are they booked so far in advance if they don’t take appointments? Who knows when my units will be serviced?

UPDATE 7/4/23: I STILL have not received service. I called in early June and was told, once again, that they were busy through August. I asked for a manager to call me, but I have never received a response. I do not believe they intend to fulfill their obligations THAT I PAID FOR! Next stop for me is to file a complaint with the BBB. Failing an answer there, I’ll look at other options.

George was on-time, pleasant and professional. He was able to identify the issue with our AC unit within minutes and have it back up and running properly quickly. Highly recommend!

I used this service I was very impressed with the work I had done. I had my hot water heater serviced and my technician Daniel Whitworth did a very good job. He was very professional he explained to me the issue and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. He was very nice and professional I would recommend using this business and technician again!

George was an excellent technician. He diagnosed th A/C and took th time to research if my unit had a warranty, which it did thus saving me Over $1500 for the part. Me as a retired veteran. Was proud to sr a fellow veteran representing your company in an outstanding manner.

CJ was awesome. We didn’t have hot water for nearly two weeks! He did his very best trying to figure out why my hot water heater kept going out. We talked about how important it is to have friends in the plumbing industry, and I’m proud to say that I made a friend today! The On Time Experts make it a priority to put the customer first, and that’s rare these days. I so appreciate these guys. I’m gonna go take a hot shower now!!!

On Time Expert came to service my A/C. Both servicemen Kelly and Jordan was very professional. They explained what they were doing and why. Very nice young man. They also clean up once they were finished.

I've been with On Time (previously Unique) for many years. Randy runs this place like a spinning top. Troy did a great job today, to no surprise. Thanks you guys for being so consistent after so many years.
