George was wonderful. He listened attentively to me explain issue and quickly diagnosed the problem. He tested everything and showed me why the parts were failing via Fluke meter. The only thing shocking was he still worked outside in the down pouring rain. He took care not to track backyard in the house even when I told him not to worry about that because with 4 dogs floors get done daily.

Very happy with the whole experience with On Time Experts, all because of Mr. Chase Cross's phenomenal service. Chase was prompt and professional, walked us through everything he was doing, and answered our many questions clearly and thoroughly. He was also kind to my cats, so clearly a good dude.

George was very professional and was able to answer all our questions. He did a great job getting our a/c up and running again.

We have had a membership with the OTE for several years now. George came out and did our routine maintenance for us and wow!! He did such a thorough and amazing job! We have always had good experiences with the OTE. The technicians are always very professional and friendly as are the office staff. George went above and beyond and spent several hours on cleaning our units and then going over the details with me. On Christmas Eve last year we had a pipe burst and the OTE came out and got it taken care of for us without an exorbitant holiday fee. We have used their plumbing and hvac repair services multiple times and the service and repairs are always top notch. I highly recommend a membership with this company!

We had On Time experts come and inspect our water heater. The technician Collin was well informed and suggested a new one to be installed. We agreed and it was installed the very next day in a very professional manner. The whole process was smooth, timely and pleasant. We’d definitely be reaching out to them for other services in future.

Anthony was very professional,
knowledgeable, and polite. A perfect gentleman. He explained everything and he asked if I had any questions more than once and even asked if I needed him to take out the trash or if I had any heavy lifting that needed to be done at the end. In my opinion he went above and beyond what the job required. Truly a five star job well done.

George, Israel, and Eric did a great job of Diagnosing my A/C problems and repairing it extremely fast. Would recommend them again.

I am incredibly disappointed in this company. Based on all of the positive reviews, I reached out to schedule an apppointment to have our AC looked at and took the day off work. While I understand that appointments can run late, and a technician might not be able to make it out at their appointed time, what I cannot understand is the complete and utter lack of communication. I reached out four times requesting an updated ETA and was assured that someone would be in contact. I will say, they did contact me after my first call and explained that they could not contact the technician but would relay my request. My next three calls were not even granted that courtesy. After waiting four hours past my scheduled time, I have determined that I have literally been ghosted by this company. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dominic and Jose came out and serviced our AC. They were very professional, and informative. They showed me as they explained everything so I could understand it. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

Our service was excellent. I think the gentleman’s name was Jared. Not positive. He was very professional and informative. He even asked if we needed any lightbulbs replaced or other things. That’s never happened before. We were totally pleased.
