There was a mixup between land lines and cell phone on my end and OTE worked with me to get a tech out to my house twice in one day. Thanks for the effort to tech Stephen for diagnosing to situation and explaining what he was doing throughout the process

I shared a great review the same day as my service,... my bad! ever since then i have had issues with my a/c system from clogs to leaks. when i called back about clogged axillary lines i was told that was not covered in the general
"tune up" really?? then what is a tune up??? i now have a drip pan filling with water and an outdoor door auxiliary drain leaking water. i now have to call a different plumber because i don't trust on time experts!!

George was very knowledgeable and courteous! Fixed our A/C quickly on a very hot day!! We appreciated his services!

Jared, was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. As he cleaned my system, he took countless pictures and explained every step he took to perform scheduled maintenance. Before he left, I found that I qualified for membership and will be a lifetime member. Keep up the good work guys!

CJ was very professional and on time. I had a clog and he worked tirelessly to clear it. Smile on his face and a great worker! Treated me like a friend he was trying to help out.

Maurice was excellent. He was very personable and also diligent in diagnosis in order to get to the real problem. He figured out that problem involved a control panel and that the thermostat also needed to be replaced. He also went to bat for us on the price of the repair, keeping it as low as possible. Again, he was very kind and courteous. He made 3 trips out to our home, and was very knowledgeable. I would be happy for him to work on any problem that our system might have in the future.

CJ & Adam came to our to check on our entire drain system. They performed a thorough tankless flush w/ installation of Flo Tech system. Both were professional, knowledgeable & completely trustworthy. Excellent.

I booked an appointment with this company for a 9 - 1 window. I had to take the day off from work to meet with the technician. At 9am, I get a call that my appointment has been canceled. "Would you like to re-schedule?" "NO!! I want you to be "ON TIME" -LIKE YOUR NAME IMPLIES". Do not do any business with this firm. Their name does NOT represent how they actually do business. Very poor service and much less than "professional".

I had a fantastic experience with the overtime experts. They came out to "me for cleaning my duck works and ended up giving me a veteran special where they'll clean my AC unit for free once or twice a year all because my dad's a veteran. I can't think these guys enough for helping me and my father save money during this trying time thanks again on time experts I'll be calling you for everything. George is a great technician!! Great guy friendly and pleasant

Daniel arrived on time and was able to find the underground leak in my system within a very short amount of time. He explained all of my options and what the repairs would entail in a very detailed manner. Very happy to have the information he provided so I can make an informed decision on the repairs.
