Our family has used On Time Experts for air conditioning, heating and plumbing repairs at our home. They also installed a new HVAC system in our home. I've found them to be very professional and always on time and they guarantee their work too! It's nice to have this company here in North Texas. All my neighbors are starting to use them too.

MJ was great, very thorough and polite. He was able to come out quickly and take a look at our unit unclogged my drain. He explained everything so I could understand and I will request him next time we need your service! Thank you for such a great experience. :)

Today was my first time using On Time Experts Heating.Air. Plumbing. I was very happy with the service and perfessional treatment that I received. Mr. Maurice l. the technician explained everything he was going to be doing. He was very easy to talk to and ask questions as needed. He shared with me the Join and Save program that I thought was very beneficial. I joined the program today. I highly recommend this company. I will continue using them going forward.

After receiving such wonderful service it felt wrong not to leave a glowing review. Our expert, Andrew, was experienced and knowledgeable. He provided his skills in a timely and efficient manner. Andrew maintained a sense of professionalism while also remaining friendly and personable! We were extremely impressed with his work and would recommend him to anyone who would listen!

The test of a company's customer service doesn't happen when they get it right, its when mistakes are made that companies have an opportunity show their commitment to the customer. I had a troublesome install, and some performance issues that followed. I can attest that On Time Experts has absolutely lived up to their "whatever it takes" promise. Sincere thanks to Josh, the install crews, techs, and management who went above and beyond to made it right.

Anthony F. Is my all time favorite technician. He is so very thorough and does not stop until he finds out the problem. Anthony followed through with ordering the replacement part and showed up on time to complete his work. Clint and Peyton were our technicians for our plumbing appointment. They were professional from the start of the appointment all the way to completion. They addressed all of our issues we mentioned, they were extremely clean, prompt with their service, and polite. We love how informative they were with what was being checked and why.
