On Time Experts

After hiring a myriad of businesses who have mostly come up short in the past, On Time Experts are refreshing in how helpful they are. Both the people who came out to help us, Joey and Lance, were extremely kind and thorough in their explanation on what was going on. Not to mention the plans they offer being highly generous and most welcoming. Very eager to work with them again and am very grateful for all they’ve already done.

I have been using On Time experts for 10+ years. They are professional and true service champions. This time was no different. George and Jonathan were great. Highly recommend.

Collin was very thorough, offering solutions to resolve the issue I had with my AC leaking. He offered several different suggestions so I could chose the one that suited my needs best. I highly recommend Collin and the On Time Experts and definitely will use them in the future.

Joey came out again today and had everything working properly very quickly. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and completed his work very timely. He’s also just a really nice gentleman. Thanks once again Joey!!!

Clint & Peyton were able to be here earlier than scheduled today. They inspected all pipes & faucets, the outside shut-off valve & flushed/refilled my water heater! I am thrilled to have that done & highly recommend Clint & Peyton!

Review two years in the making. Techs are very professional and great staff, but I have been less than satisfied with a new AC purchase 2 years ago.

Purchased two new ac systems exact same systems but one has been great and the other the thing of nightmares.

After it was installed my living room was flooded and thankfully they did repair the ceiling damage but the ceiling fan doesn’t work to this day. Two years in on that same unit, it is now over producing condensation and already having issues. It’s likely already in need of repairs. Two year old system! Not been happy or satisfied with the unit. Feel like it has never worked properly.

Dom & Lance was very knowledgeable and professional. They really did a great job cleaning my HVAC. They were also very detailed explaining every step and any problems they find. I highly recommend The On Time Experts!

Joey was professional and informative. He diagnosed my issue and prepared a quote for the labor being done. Very courteous and respectful. They came out the same day I called them and worked with me to schedule the work the next day. However, Joey was prepared to perform the repair the same day, I chose to push to the following day.

I've used them twice, for a pipe burst on the December freeze and recently just to check out my ac system B4 summer starts to cook. Both times they showed up on time, the techs were nice, and price was reasonable. Would use again.

This company is awesome! Troy was very knowledgeable, he showed and explained everything he was doing set by step. He showed me the before and after results and parts that will need replacing in the future. I definitely will recommend this company to my friends and neighbors!
