    Called comfort zone to come to my residence in New Mexico to install an AC furnace package unit. They told me that they would pull out all proper permits and would make sure that we would be able to pass our mobile home inspection. When I called the inspector to come check their work we failed our inspection. the inspector told me that they are not licensed in New Mexico and not qualified to do the jobs. More than likely I'll be having to call a licensed New Mexico HVAC technician to fix what they did wrong. I paid them cash and they still did the job wrong I would not recommend using them. More than likely I'll be having to seek legal action, when I tried calling the office they give me the runaround and can never give me an answer as of till when they're going to come fix it. Wish I could give zero stars

    What a wonderful experience. We had a few glitches on both ends, but they bent over backwards to make things work for us. Abraham and Manny are extremely professional, but personable at the same time. I never felt like I was talking to a used car salesman, just friends who want to help. They helped me with every aspect and never made me feel like a bother. Their installers are very nice and professional and my HVAC is working wonderfully. I have talked them up to all my neighbors who have asked. I highly recommend this company.

    I received a quote from Comfort Zone, but they weren't the right contractor for me....and here's why.
    I wasn't converting to refrigerated air (I already have refrigerated air), I simply wanted to replace my existing system and fix some issues with my duct work, electrical, and gas lines.
    They didn't even look at my existing system or any of the concerns I mentioned to them. They just told "we'll fix everything right" and talked about how good they are (vs. the competition) in an attempt to justify what was coming next... the price.
    They seemed to pulled a price out of thin air, a high price, without even looking at the job. Then they pretended to offer a "$2500 trade-in" for my 15yr old unit that's probably not worth $500. Plus, they said "if you pay cash we'll give you another $1000 off"... That's right... they charge $1000 more if you finance (not a type-o).
    Any company who can discount $3500 off a job that they never even looked at and is still confident they're making a profit, is either WAY over priced, or completely incompetent.
    In contrast, their competitors spent time inspecting my system, duct work, gas line, and electrical, and discussed different options to address my concerns. They provided quotes with detailed solutions to my specific concerns which justified their pricing; and they were cheaper.
    I'm not saying they don't do good work (they might), but I didn't like the way they conduct business, or their smoke and mirrors "discount" scheme.

    Customer service was fast for getting an estimate and installation but very poor for follow up and call back. Installation was very fast however not sure if quality was the best. I had to have them over at least twice to make sure everything was done properly.

    I have had the pleasure of working with Martin Mata and will do it 1000 times more. I have tried working with many companies and this one gave me the best deal! He was a pleasure to talk to, and gave a straight forward answer everytime. He was very professional and answered EVERY question we had. So happy with this company!!

    Our swamp stopped working in the middle of the night and we were able to get a technician, out the next day to check it on one of the hottest days of is year. I truly appreciate their efforts to not only fit us into their busy schedule, but to come to our home within hours of our call. I ended up converting to Refrigerated air to not have this issue again and love how quick they were in the one day install!

    I would rate them a 0 if I could I can’t stand liars it was suppose to be a one day job which turned into a 2 day job the guy was suppose to come and change my vents out to the obd vents the next morning, which he never showed up so I called and he told them that he came at 830am that moring but he didn’t know I have the ring doorbell so I went back to check the cameras and he never showed up like he said he did, I took off work and waited all day for the guy but he was doing another job but didn’t finish my job. I don’t trust liars and now I can’t trust this company as a whole.

    UPDATE: So they sent me a very threatening letter about scheduling a city inspector to come out and check on their work. The letter even threatened that they would SUE ME if I didn't call. Well, I did call, I did schedule the inspection with a very rude lady that had kids in the background screaming their heads off (is this going to someone's personal phone at home?) After they scheduled the inspection, which I bet they didn't, the inspector did not show up when they told me they would. After that, they kept sending harassing phone calls. I'm done with these people. I'm going to get a different company to come out and check this stuff because it's pretty obvious they're just out to screw their customers.

    Very poor service. Unit they sold us stops working properly every couple of weeks or so. When I call to get a tech out, maybe 3 times out of the 12 or so that we've called, has one shown up. They never check all their work and we end up having to call, again, to have them come and do something about it...but they never do (several vents in the house don't blow any air). Every time I call, first thing they ask is if I've changed the filter...yes, I've changed the filter...Then they ask if we have the air temperature set too low...if 73 degrees is too low and it'll freeze your units...maybe it's your unit that is the damn problem. I'm sick and tired of dealing with these clowns. Should have gone with a different company instead...
