You know, I have done business with Gateway for many years! But after Laura left it seems to gone down! I had set an appointment between 08:00 and 12:00 to which they did not show! I called and got answering machine and left message. No reply! Called again about 3:30 p.m. and was told they were on their way! I told them to cancel and the lady tried to tell me I was wrong about the times. I explained that she set the appointment! WILL NOT USE AGAIN!

Gateway is a wonderful reliable company. They are very efficient and provide great service.

$60 for a custom fit louvered evaporative cooler panel. I was not only happy with the price and next day service but the staff was friendly and easy to deal with.

They were scheduled to come at 10am. They c alled and said they will come later because they were installing another unit, which was fine. They said they would call us when they’re coming.

In the end they did not show up... they couldn’t get a hold of the technician and later the technician calls my husband and says “we don’t have a part that is missing” and that makes no sense because he never showed up...

We went with another company. It was an easy job to accomplish and the communication and answers we got were ridiculous. This should had been an easy fix but it was anything but that.

The technician was very knowledgeable, efficient, timely and friendly. He answered any and all questions as a true professional. He explained exactly what would be done and the price was exactly as quoted. My situation was last minute, when we had a sudden cold front go through and they were able to get to me the same day. I would recommend them.

I have used Gateway Heating &Cooling for over 20 Years at my residence, rental homes and My 91 year old moms home, they are the absolute BEST in town. Honest, ethical and dependable! Outstanding customer service even after the sale. I recommend them very highly.

Very disappointed. Came highly recommended, but serviceman came out , looked at unit, said he would be back, left and never returned. Each day the office said I was on his list for that day, but he was a no show., gave up after the fourth day of waiting and called another company.

Im sorry but poor customer service the estimator that came to my house to do a free estimation on my house for conversion for refrigerated air didnt even quote me after giving him info on my credit line. lol I give two stars because im being nice. Than i had once an evaporative cooler installed by this company only to see them slam it and bend the metal part of the ac from the bottom from not putting in right. I never paid them back what I had left owed because of bad business ethics i feel sorry for this company i cant believe their still functioning. horrible.

Outstanding! Very professional. They got here quick and did a great job. Got me out of a bind bigly.

Family owned, honest and staff is personable and does their best to accommodate your schedule. Best in their class, would give more stars if available.
