It's been 2 years that my ac was installed, the return apparently was placed in the wrong place. We've had multiple employees go check and all promise to return which never happens. The city inspector won't pass it. Then the unit the control fell off the wall and again had yet to be fixed. Two years this is ridiculous!!!

I really REALLY recommend this company! My AC went down after 15 years, tried calling the company where I bought it but it does not exist no more so there goes my warranties. It was time to buy a new one. Just thinking of it was scary but Carlos my sales guy was great!! He wasn't pushing me at all. He explained everything with detail and answered all my questions!! He helped me with the financing! Overall great experience. The techs were great also and they were done in about 5 hours. Five star!

PLEASE READ!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I would not recommend this company. I have been dealing with them since the summer of 2022 and I have not had a 100% working system from day one. DAY ONE! Initially, I discussed ducting as being an issue during installation and they reassured me that ducting was not an issue. After it not working properly and my house was over 80 degrees with the AC on, I was told the motherboard on a brand new Lennox heating and cooling unit needed to be replaced. More than a week and a half goes by sweating and uncomfortable in my house with my new AC unit, they return an installed the motherboard. They had a different contractor come out and reassess when he installed the motherboard. He also stated that the previous 2 guys that came, did not install the wires correctly. Guess what? They had to rewire the entire unit. From the first week the copper pipe exiting my my exterior wall to the unit would FREEZE solid. I have sent numerous pictures evry day of the unit frosted over all the way down to the unit. The fan was not blowing at full speed in the unit either. They then tell me that it was not pressurized properly. They leave because they do not have enough gas to pressurize properly. They return, pressure it, say it is working show me some gauges and leave. Again, my house is still over 80 degrees inside and the line outside in the heat is frozen solid. They return and say it it over-pressurized. They deflate, show me some gauges blow smoke my way, and say it will work. Guess what? Still not working. Then, the dude says that it IS my ducting. It's too wide to push the proper air to get the air moving and that's why it is hot yada yada. Someone will contact me about redoing the ducting. This is Nov 9th. It is not Dec 16th. I have called, and texted every number I had, and left messages, and NO RESPONSE!!!! Randomly, I get a call from Ruben Mendoza, a sales rep, "checking in" as if he can't read the notes that he says he has to make him aware of the situation. I tell him at this point it is under warranty and must have a lemon and I want a new one and I want to know when my ducting will be replaced. Ruben tells me, "Let me look into this and I will call you back today (Thursday) 11/8. NO.CALL.BACK. No returned texts, no communication whatsoever.

I CANNOT STRESS AGAIN, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY DO NOT UPHOLD THEIR WARRANTY OBLIGATION AND THEY SELL FAULTY EQUIPMENT. DO NOT USE THEM. SEEK ELSEWEHERE.

Ruben Pando sales rep, Ashley, and heather at the front desk never call back. Luis Mendoza is a joke and belittles and laughs at you and says to call with complaints and when you do no response.

I saw one of their signs on the road and decided to give them a call. They sent a rep to our home the same day. The gentleman explained everything to us in a very clear manner. All of our questions were answered. I was surprised at the amount of financing options they have. After picking our monthly payment, we signed the paperwork and the installers came out the next day and got to work. In about 5 hours my home was ready. Minor things were left pending but they came and finished it later on in the week. I called the main office to ask about registering my warranty and the lady that answered was very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this company. Now my home is more comfortable than it’s ever been. Very very pleased.

Received my first light bill after my duct sealed! Thank you works much better now!
