    I wish I didn't have to change my review to a 3 star but I have to do it. My experience was good and my unit is working very good. But everybody else that I recommended to them was not good. My parents and my brother are still having a lot of problems with their unit. They went to work on the unit on 6 different occasions and they never got it to work like it should. And to top it off the workers never reported that they worked on the unit at all. They got another professional to look at the work they did and they said the unit that comfort zone sold to them is to small for what they need. They used the old ventilation system instead of installing a new one. Just a bad experience till this day. The lady in charge of comfort zone, Heather, a very rude lady. I couldn't believe the way she talked to my brother. I know the whole staff changed in a year but she was very unprofessional. I'm sure anybody would be frustrated of the situation like my brother. But under a little bit of pressure Heather will blow up and say that you are attacking her. She needs anger management classes if she is going to continue to be unprofessional. Very disappointed to know they will not help at all what so ever...One more thing, if you give a 5 star review you were promised more warranty. That's like having both hands tied behind your back. If they actually did do something wrong they will not put it on the review just to get the extra warranty. Hopefully this company will change the way they do things but as far as I can see and read. They have not...

    Cesar, Eulysis and Sal were very professional, informative and respectful. Showed/informed me on how everything works and had my A/C up in no time will definitely be recommending them to my friends and familyđź‘Ť

    Worst service ever!!! ISSAC WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL towards my Dad. Please don’t let this pos full you! And if tried canceling he will call you a liar. My dad tried going to another company and this person was livid about that. Very childish and unprofessional! The manager is young and does not care so basically my dad got screwed. First time my parents get a new refrigerated air ac and their experience here was the WORST!!!

    This company installed the refrigerated air in my home and they did an amazing job. From the sales lady to the technicians everything was professional. I would recommend their services.

    The service was excellent, the process was very smooth and fast. I haven’t had any problems with my AC, if I had questions they would answer right away, thankful of the great customer service, would recommend.

    Such a horrible service. They say they will be coming to fix the problems they did and they never show up! They still charge extra for the gas services yet they didn’t connect it after 3 months my parents notice. Definitely don’t recommend them, WORST SERVICE EVER

    As thr salesperson who closed on the agreement for the installation of a roof top ac/heater installation, it is neccessary to inform you that Comfort Zone has failed to meet contract/agreement obligation to secure the proper permits to have the unit located at 5684 Britain Dr. Santa Teresa, New Mexico 88008 installed. As of today, the unit has been disconnected since January 27th, 2022 due to an inspection conducted by a New Mexico Gas Company employee. It is now Feb. 3rd. 2022. We notified Comfort Zone of this and this has still not been resolved. Please call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx as soon as you receive this message.
