    My son and I paid cash to have them install a package unit in our mobile home. When we called them they said that they were licensed and New Mexico could do mobile homes pull out all proper permits as well as call the inspector. Well they never pulled out the proper permits nor did they ever call the inspector. We told them before we moved in that we had to pass our mhd installation permit in order for us to be able to move into our mobile home. Since they did not pull out the proper permits I cannot get my gas or water meters released. They said that they would come and fix what they did wrong but they never bother calling us back and letting us know when they are coming. On top of not pulling out proper permits they don't same concern with getting us move-in I'm a cancer survivor and this is just been causing more unnecessary stress. I'm having to pay double rent because we can't move into our mobile home it's considered uninhabitable by the state. We haven't been able to move in it been almost 3 months already They seem more like theifs than they are actual technicians. They'll take your money but won't do the job right or come back to finish the job either. Save your money go with someone else how you feel bad for anyone financing from them I can only imagine how terrible the service must be.

    Very good product so far, but very, very sloppy work and service. They made some promises (e.g. providing some air filters to name one) and never followed through. Also had to threaten to take them to court about them returning to finish work on a vent they made in order for them to finish. Their response was always they were very, very busy and that I was not the only customer they had per Heather. Also they made some changes to my property without my approval or consent, and now I cannot return the way things were.....disappointed. When I was about to file a claim, the office called (Heather) and loudly claiming the phone call was being recorded, several times in a scary voice so as to intimidate me. lol. I have a couple of people that are in the market for refrigerated air (including me for another one of my units), but after all this mess, including snubbed by the owner, wouldn't dare recommend them considering there are so many other companies following through with their customers and providing excellent SERVICE!

    After numerous calls and messages, Comfort Zone left me with no choice other than to file a claim with the BBB. After 2 years of installation the city will still not pass electrical inspection in my home.

    Martin Mata showed up immediately and helped us get financed with an AC so fast! He was very kind and professional, making this process very comfortable. He explained in detail what we would receive and how this would help our home. With everything we are receiving from this company I am more than satisfied! We have been dying with this El Paso heat, and now we only have to wait 1 more day and they will install! I highly recommend this company and this representative.

    I would like to share my experience about the service I received. I called Manny about my furnace not working properly and he said he would send someone out to check it out. It end up being something small, but was big for me, because my heat was not working properly. Again I would highly recommend Comfort Zone Heating and Air to anyone. Great customer service, courteous and very reliable and knowledgeable technicians. Thank you again Manny for your very prompt service, and thank you for paying it forward. Very happy and satisfied customer.

    Service technician Victor and his team were very professional and guaranted that the ac would be able to be installed same Day. Afterwards they even installed a Google nest as a courtesy. Overall every thing when smoothly. And I'm pleased with the work that they did.

    Had Comfort Zone install a new conversion from evaporative to HVAC. The unit is OK, but either the installation is either bad or the unit is not sized correctly. It cannot keep up on hot days. Inside of my home runs about 79 when it is 100 outside. There seems to be an air leak somewhere in the system which draws warm air since the supply air is not as cold as it should be. Called about this problem before the first year was up and the tech said nothing was wrong. Problem persisted so I called them again (now past the first year) and they claim that I never called them so they will charge a service call if they send a tech. Called to get an estimate on re-doing my return air ducts in hope of resolving the problem. Never heard from them again.

    Update: Just had another company, Kings Air, inspect the ducts and they found significant problems, including some rust holes and return ducts that were disconnected and drawing hot contaminated air from the attic. They also found a major flex return duct that was improperly supported so that it also was drawing air from the attic. These were all faulty installation problems. I had Kings Air do the repairs at the tune of about $2000. Now the system works much better and keeps up with the heat. Too bad "Dis"Comfort Zone dropped the ball here and cost me not only a repair bill, but also Discomfort over the summer, extra wear on the system, and higher than normal utility bills.

    Comfort Zone promotes one day install but did NOT finish my installation in one day. Before making this review I gave them several opportunities to make it right. They failed! I installed on Saturday today is Wednesday the job is still incomplete. The customer service is terrible. You would think they value a customer willing to spend on the over priced services. They promise so much and treat you so well to sign the deal then everything flips. Unfortunately I've already got financed and paid for the job because of warranty promises and one day install which made this offer very appealing.
    Stay away from Ricardo the salesman claimed he would have them complete the job and I could call him if we had issues. Once I found out the job couldnt be completed within the promise time I reached out to him. His response "Talk to the installer. I just sell". The same person that sold me on the one day install and told me he'd make sure everything got done. The main Office doesnt even know whats going. When I called to complain about the services and ask what there marketing signs posted all around the city say?( refering to the one day install) Their response was I'm not to sure what the signs say." To quote another customer in the reviews this company is all smoke and mirrors. Do your research get other estimates and make sure they are a good fit before committing. Lastly they agreed to be here on Wednesday 5pm to finish the job it is now 6:49 and no one has showed.
