From the Sales Rep all the way to the service technicians, the installation was phenomenal, no complaints or doubts about the quality and efficacy in which a single day installation took place. Technicians explained everything as work took place, all very clean and respectful, quickly did their job and made sure all was said and done before leaving. Definitely recommend.

Cesar Gomez was awesome. He was friendly and very attentive to our needs. He has a great attitude! I know its hot outside on the roof and he still was very pleasant to us. He diagnosed the issue with our A/C. I will be calling him back for any further technical issues. Thank you.

After getting a few quotes, I went with this company, 2 1/2 months down the road I regret it now. My unit keeps on freezing up at 71°. I have asked constantly for estimates for ductwork and also for new electrical panel but no one has gotten back to me at all no matter who I contact.. seems they were only in it to sell me the unit and after that, they don’t answer the calls no more. So beware. I understand they are not responsible for this type of work, which is why I already contacted someone else and gave them my money. But it just seems unprofessional because it is totally in there reach to do it but they obviously don’t like to go above and beyond for there customers, and also with the unit freezing up at 71° constantly now gots me even more sketchy now. It’s only 88 degrees outside and I’m having these problems already. Id go with another company. I also think they give themselves good reviews

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. AFTER 5 DAYS OF CALLING I KEPT GETTING PROMISES THAT SOMEONE WOULD SHOW UP. THE VERY RUDE WOMAN WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE GETS ALL CALLS DIRECTED TO HER CELLPHONE SO SHE ANSWERS IN A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WAY AND DOESN'T TAKE DOWN YOUR INFORMATION. AFTER THEY INSTALLED THEIR UNIT I HAD TO CALL TOTAL AIR TO COME AND FIX COMFORT ZONE'S MISTAKES. WOMAN WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE WILL NEVER GET YOU AN APPOINTMENT OR ANY ASSISTANCE, EVEN IF IT'S AN EMERGENCY. THIS COMPANY IS NOT RELIABLE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
