A city inspector came and stated someone from comfort zone need to come and left a note. I notified Comfort Zone and they sent someone the next day. The tech who came was very professional. He spoke to my daughter and explained that everything was fine it was just that the permit needed to be requested again. He then stated that there was an issue with our water heater which has nothing to do with what comfort zone did to our home. Our water heater was not connected to the duct and he was very worried about our safety. He didn’t even think about it twice to help me and my daughter even though it wasn’t what he was here for. He was awesome. It is great to see that there is fantastic people willing to help.

After viewing other options for a/c, Comfort Zone was the best way to go. Luis Mendoza gave us a great customer service. Actually, when ever I have any issues with my a/c, even tough is not in his department he always help me to solved it. I definitely recommend Comfort Zone.

Hired them back in 2016 and hired them last week, they still keep same business values Commitment, professionality, on time, great service, I can notice the big grow in their business.
Last week called them to check one of the bad refrigerated air unites at my home, they showed up in few hours immediately decide what’s the issue with it, they offered me several brands and financial options, after I decide to replace it with new unit, they schedule me for yesterday, an awesome crew showed up (Specially Victor Gonzales) they replace it same day, they didn’t leave until the make sure everything is good to go and working probably.

Had a refrigeration system installed. Took one year for city expection to pass. Quality of work was poor. Duct tape was used to cover a pipe. City Inspector had to come by to our house three times, before it passed city compliance. The staff in the office are just as bad as the work they had done. The drain system was installed improperly. This company is supposed to be professional! I will give a bad reference to this company.

Great service! I was lucky enough to get a same day consult, Alejandro Erives came out and explained everything to me and made sure all my questions were answered. He also came out after the installation to follow up with anymore of my questions and make sure everything was done right. The gentleman who came out and did the installation were all very helpful and professional.

German explained to me everything and was very professional and courteous. Victor and his installation crew did a great job. They did a very professional job, they cleaned everything and took the old unit. Everyone practiced safe social distance and wore masks at all times. I would highly recommend them.

Very poor Customer Service after you buy their merchandise. They offer everything very well, but one you pay the down money, they don't do it on time. I have been call 5 times for a technician and they never come. they workers do not respect the property.
