We recently converted to a refrigerated system. We had Comfort Zone complete the work for us. They were up front and honest about what it all entailed. Comfort zone has great customer service and there techs are very friendly. And true to their word one day install about 4 hours and that was with electrical work update service for the house of you are going to upgrade or need ac services use comfort zone

I checked the mail and got a flier for Comfort Zone HVAC. Normally I would just trash it but having just moved to El Paso, the heat is killing us and our swamp cooler was just not doing the job. I looked on the flier and there was a promo for $2500 for trading in our swamp cooler. We called and within 45 minutes a rep was out to our house to give us the estimate and show us financing options.

Martin Mata was our rep, he was super knowledgeable and polite. He went over every facet of the install and put us at ease with the process. Google only does 5/5 stars but I’d give him 10/5.

Sales person was over 45 minutes late to his scheduled appointment. Once he did arrive sales person didnt know his product, I had questions regarding SEER, difference between package or split systems and finance options. The look on his face was not convincing. Frankly I got the feeling that this guy was the only one left in the office the day of my appointment. Tag your it! All confidence was lost when he measured the existing mechanical space of a 10 year old home! I already had a modern furnace in there, then he called someone to ask if 72” would be enough space. He did push that Comfort Zone would gladly include a light to kill COVID.

Fast and friendly service. Cesar Gomez and Ulises Juarez followed covid guidelines. They explained everything that I needed to know and finished the conversion in one day. Now its nice and warm for the rest of winter and ready for the hot summer!

Great customer service. The guys were very informative and installation was done next day. Guys have called me a couple of times already to make sure everything was fine. Recommend.
