Best place to call if you need to replace your swamp cooler with refrigeration. They were very professional. The job got done in less time than I expected. They answered all my questions. They did a phenomenal job. Recommend to all my friends and family.

So. This company installed our air unit in August 2020. Both the sales rep and the individuals installing the unit as well as the electrical wiring promised an inspector would be by to make sure everything was up to code. Fine.

2 months later, we have an ice storm here in El Paso. My wife and I turn on the heater (mind you, no one has been by to inspect the units, but my being, I guess, someone who is far too trustworthy of businesses, I turned on the heater. Both my wife and I suffered symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning.

I contacted the company again today, this morning, requesting an inspector as well as someone to come and check the carbon monoxide meanwhile. The individual told me someone would be here at 5pm MST and that an inspector would be here next week. Lo and behold, 5pm comes around and no one showed. I waited an hour. Nothing. Then I called the manager. This unprofessional woman cannot hold up under any sort of pressure. She immediately assumes I am attacking/threatening her. I’ll admit, I came off as aggressive, but after suffering symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning after their poor work I didn’t feel bad about it. She then repeatedly hung up on me. She refused to put me in touch with the owners Mr. Gonzalez nor Mr. Ramos. My immediate surmise is both of those men are cowards, performing sub par service, which is shy of criminal. The “manager” needs to be evaluated and understand that the quality of business the company she works for produces is what pays her bills.

Mr. Ramos or Mr. Gonzalez, if you aren’t cowards, come at me.

Kevin Puerta did an awesome job we are forever grateful! Very professional he didn't pressure us into doing anything we didn't want he simply took his time to reasssure us exactly what was going to be done. I would definitely recommend them over and over again! His team did an awesome job and got it all done in one day! Thank you guys so much!!!
