This is the second refrigerated system they in stall in two properties I have. They are very professional and clean. I highly recommend this company. Great Company to do business with, sorry to hear there are some bad reviews but I can tell you mine has been totally positive. They installed my ac/furnace system in March 2020 in one day! Since then I have had to call them twice, once for a faulty condensation pump and the second for a bad capacitor on the condensor unit itself. I mean both of those things are not anything related to this company itself, those are just parts that can go bad like on any other product. But the two times I have called they first go through steps at home on the phone with me to see if it is something we can fix or diagnose with testing through the thermostat settings. Both times they have sent a tech have been quick in response and getting it fixed and have never been charged for these two fixes. Again my experience has been perfect and will be using this company in the future when I decide to convert on my other properties. Great Job Comfort Zone! AAA ++++!
This company is the worst! The installers went in to my home without me being there opened my door through a window and did whatever they wanted. Made a hole on my floor without my permission did not finish job! The manager Luis kept telling my wife to tell the bank they had finished the job so they could get paid when they weren’t even finished. They were missing the heating strips, which the installation would not have passed inspection! They did not get any permits at all! The salesman PAZ was just a horrible as the installers and the managers. Manager Luis was very rude would not let me or my wife talk and would talk over us. Made a complaint to the better business bureau! Do not use this company for any work you need done! You will regret it. Joseph Hernandez
Our AC went out…. us knowing we had warranty on the blower we called before hand, the ladies who answered said that once we use their services warranty wears out, we had someone out and check out our AC they told us something different….. our blower had warranty, before this incident we had an overnight shipping for our blower where we were able to pay an extra charge….this time around they didn’t even give us an option…. We been without A/C for 6 days already…. I have my elderly father who is 82 and children…. The receptionist answering the phone even chuckled a bit when I seemed desperate calling over and over for help. They offered “window A/C units” but “ran out” They took no responsibility for the overnight offer when last time it was different and blamed it on the techs…. Ppl should be more human and consider the circumstances and be put in your customers place. Especially knowing there is an elderly person….
We were deciding in converting our unit this year, we got several quotes from different places back in April, finally mid May we made a decision. We went with Comfort Zone, and we made this decision due to the fact of their reviews. We even recommended my parents to them. One weekend they gave my parents their quote and made two different contracts, one was financed and the other was paid cash. They were very quick, the next day, Monday, they started the installation at my parents home, Tuesday they came over and started my installation. Everything went smooth and fast, workers were very nice and polite. Before they left they did explain everything in detail was very happy with their work, then he did say he would be back to dig a hole for drainage and the roofers will be coming by as well… well it has been NINE days and I still have a hole in my roof, I have been calling every single day to see the status on the roofers. I have been told my case has been escalated to management and to wait for a call and I am still waiting…. It’s been windy and looks like we might have minor showers and I still have a HOLE in my roof!!!!! Who is going to be responsible for the damage???? They cannot give me an answer, I need this issue to be FIXED ASAP!!!

Installers have no idea what they are doing . Most employees there shouldn't even be working on AC units . Was able to see a message on techs phone where Owner told the techs to keep there mouths shut and not say a word about how terrible the install was to begin with . installs dont pass inspection on the first time inspector goes out which ive never even heard of up until dealing with this company . Rather than take responsibility for errors made on their behalf they prefer to pass the blame on others or place Blame on the home itself when unit is not working to its full capabilites. One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever came across . Will bribe customers to leave them higher reviews than what they truly deserve . This company can't even properly diagnose what is wrong with the ac unit. Spare yourself the headaches and stress . GO ELSEWHERE !!!!
Best service and very professional team. Starting with Sam coming to give us the estimate and explaining everything in detail. If you want a good job ask for Cesar and Ulises who were very professional and took their time to install and explain the equipment. Very satisfied.
