I purchased a 5 ton unit for over $ 7000.00 only 2 years ago something that cost that much should last more than 2 years.I have to wait 5 days to have someone to check it out,,, in the mean time my tent is fuming , I had to purchase a refrigerated air at Sam s for $587.00,,, Im I going to get reimbursed for it ? A multi-million dollar company should have better service !!!! steer clear of this company !!!!

Did a conversion in my house (from evaporative cooler to refrigerated air) and It was an awesome experience. These guys (HVAC techs) are fast, clean, organized, and very professional. Thanks to Mr. Mata (Sales Rep). He’s very courteous, respectful , and tries to get you the best deal $$. I’m very grateful to these men, and Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling.

I would highly recommend, Confort Zone Heating and Cooling, and Sam Carreon, the sales rep, he has excellent customer service skills, very professional, helpful, answered all our questions. What a pleasure to work with someone like him. We are very satisfied costumers and happy to have a reliable refrigerated air unit.

This company is littering Redd Rd and Resler area in West el paso with their corner advertisement signs placing up to 8 on one intersection. We have reached out to them and asked them to stop, only to find the next day they placed double the amount of signs and they do not take them down. Do not do business with a company like this who cares more about money than our beautiful community. Call a company that actually practices good advertising practices. This is terrible you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
The owner sent a reply saying what he is doing is legal however he/she is missing the bigger point that the residents that live in the Franklin area do not want these signs in our neighborhood. In addition they stated the signs are picked up daily and this is not true. Today is Sunday and the signs have been out on the corners since Friday. We have taken pictures with a time stamp and will be sending this to code compliance because the signs should be picked up by 8pm

Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling converted my home from evaporative cooling to refrigerated air.
Ricardo, their sales representative came to my home and did a thorough review of my property and recommended the proper system. This was the Amana 4-ton unit with a new furnace.
I was in disbelief when he told me that his crew would be at my home at 8:30am and be finished at 3:30pm that day! I arrived at my home at 3:15pm and one technician was in my driveway cleaning up. They were ahead of schedule!
After inspecting their work, and testing the heating and cooling by a flip of a switch, I was greatly satisfied.

Very bad service. They installed a very expensive system in my home. Didn’t double check their work, heaters where not working at all. Had to call over 40 times just to get someone on the phone. They said they would send someone at noon and no one came. Had to continue to call and still no one has returned my call or attempted to reach out and fix my heaters.

Over the years I have had several HVAC systems installed in a few homes. By far, Comfort Zone has provided the best service that I have ever received.

I got an Amana system with a LIFETIME warranty while others quoted me a 5 or 10 year warranty. They have the best warranties and High Efficient systems

The product is great, the service is great and the people are great!!!! I highly recommend having this top quality company service your HVAC needs.

My in-laws are elderly they had an install which began on Saturday at 9pm when a tech showed up unannounced to take measurements.
After the install the AC was not working properly.
After 1 call a tech showed up, and fixed nothing.
After the second call they were ignored.
Now 3 months after the install the ac still won’t go bring temperature below 80 degrees.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Manny and his crew are definitely professionals!!! Gave me a great price and explained all the in's and out's of converting to refrigerated air, best investment I have made to my home for sure! Relaxing in a cool house is tops!!!
