TemperaturePro did an outstanding job on my project, which involved disconnecting three units, raising the units and re-installing them. Richard and John worked great. Richard was very responsive and very professional. John really seemed to know exactly what needed to be done.

Thank you Richard Edwards and crew @ TemperaturePro Dallas, we subscribed thru HomeAdvisor, TemperaturPro sent Richard we met him yesterday and gave us a quotes and explained to us patiently the calculated tonage requirements per square footage we needed to cool our home.
He provided us various options, which would cater to what we need. We made a decision, they came today, and it took them around 4 hours to finished the job and help us understand/setup using the wifi thermostat.
This guy knows his business, we believed he truly a great asset to this industry.

Our AC unit was on its last legs and decided to die this summer. TemperaturePro sent someone immediately. Pricing for a new unit was more than fair and it was expertly installed. While we were waiting for the crew, they even brought a portable AC unit to keep us cool in the house. Friendly, professional, no pressure and great price. Could not ask for more.

I requested a quote for a new heat pump unit. He explained what he would do and why. He provided several options on the type of system I could purchase with different financial options as well. He answered all my questions and informed me of any specials. I did not give him good quality because I had not purchased the unit. I felt the different costs he provided were of good value, he was professional, responsive to what I wanted, needed, and questioned. He was on time for his appointment.

Chad arrived a few minutes before the appointment time, identified the problem and provided a diagnosis, provided several repair options, and then performed the work as discussed and agreed upon. The system came back online and we are very happy, and the repair will prevent the issue from happening in the future.

Chad Rod came out to repair my HVAC Monday afternoon. He did not try to up sale me a new AC in spite of its age, he saw what caused the problem, offered solutions and options and repaired it to where it is working just fine again. He was very honest, gave good advice as far as recommendations for my HVAC system as well. My heat is blowing just fine now and I will be giving them a call again in the future for my HVAC maintenance. Highly recommended :)

They offered professional and prompt service, showed up when they said they would and they were very good at cleaning up after themselves. They even asked to borrow our vacuum so they could vacuum where they had dropped a few things on the floor.

Couldn't be happier with the personnel or my A/C and wi-fi thermostat. Trust is everything! I've already told friends about them and they just drove out.
