Truficient HVAC Solutions

Greg was a great point person. When he gave us our estimate, I really felt like he listened to what we wanted and needed. He didn’t try to sell us on extras. We decided to add changing our ducts and our estimate was great. It took a bit to get the equipment in but I am so happy we went with Mitsubishi equipment. Michael and the subcontractors that worked on our new ducts did a great job, way better than the last folks that replaced ducts. It is very difficult to check the work when you have no idea what it is supposed to look like. Well the air flow is amazing now and our ducted system works efficiently and takes up the least amount of energy required. We love that and I would definitely recommend Greg and Truficient. Everyone that stepped in our home was friendly and they didn’t leave a mess.

We just built a backyard office and chose Truficient HVAC to install a Mitsubishi mini-split system to heat and cool the space. They were easy to work with and were able to fit into our build schedule easily. Professional and clean. Unit works perfectly.

Lies after lies after lies! Eric was awarded over 200k project in February. He asked for half the money in advance to order the equipment. I paid the money. He asked for more saying he needs more money to order equipment from captivaire. Every time I asked him about when the equipment will deliver he kept telling me it’s been ordered and it will be ready in May. Today on June 1 I found out he used all the money I paid him on other projects and have not paid captiveair for my equipment. So he practically used my money to pay for his other projects. I gave him advance for my second building too and that equipment has not yet been ordered. Another set of lies.
Totally unprofessional and unethical business practice so far.
Now .. for what it’s worth he has come clean today admitting that he has used my money on other projects and wishes to come through on what he needs to deliver.
I will update this review once he delivers what he has been paid for.

Greg and his staff were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. They worked with me to find a cost efficient, good quality AC unit to fit my needs. They are honest, reasonable and proficient - highly recommended!

What an excellent experience I had with Truficient from beginning to end! I contacted them to get someone out to the house to relocate the thermostat to an alternate location and they had some guys out the very next day. They were on time for the appointment and communicated with me throughout the process to explain what they were doing. Both technicians were respectful and professional, which I greatly value as a single female homeowner. My AC is just a few years old so I also had them do a tune up/inspection of it. The technician explained to me the results of the inspection (no issues) and answered all my questions. They made sure to clean up before they left and sent the invoice to me via email to pay. I value a seamless process and Truficient gave me just that. I will absolutely return to them for any HVAC needs I have in the future.

Truficient installed a Mitsubishi Minisplit HVAC unit in our studio and did a fantastic job. Greg and his team were extremely professional, helpful and skilled. We love the end result- the unit performs exceptionally well and was the way Truficient installed it was perfect- it's a very clean look. They were very responsive and helpful in communicating with us, our contractor, and electrician- the installation went off without a hitch. From the initial consultation I had with Greg our interactions were pleasant and informative. Not only are we happy with the product and service, but it was a great value. I would highly recommend Truficient to anyone with HVAC needs!

Amazing service and quality care. Highly recommended. Will use them again for future needs whether that is service repair or system replacement. We needed all of the above!!

Aside from most of these reviews being obvious plants/fakes this company is using unethical and environmentally unfriendly marketing practices. Their handbills are being left even when there is a no soliciting sign and then the workers walk directly through peoples yards instead of using the sidewalk. If they are this bad at marketing I would never let them in my home to do work on something that actually matters.

Use a company that actually cares about every aspect of their business. Trufucient needs to do better.

Called/Texted them as well to address the issue. Never got a response. Dont waste your time on them.
