John is an outstanding service technician. He is knowledgeable, friendly, polite, patient, and thorough. He goes beyond expectations. He even wiped the floor with a paper towel when he closed the attic stairs. TemeraturePro is an outstanding company.

Chad has been a blessing to my family and I through stuck gas valves and fried capacitors and through no heat and no cool situations. He works hard and I believe he cares about our system and our well being. He advises on necessary maintenance and updates, but keeps decisions open to us on how we proceed with a longer term or shorter term vision. The company phoneline could use some work for off hours, but they are have still been responsive for emergencies. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of care we receive and the peace of mind that our aging system will be in good hands

John did a super great job diagnosing and resolving my heat pump issue. In addition he provided multiple portable AC units to keep the place cool during the process. The best AC service I had.

Temperature Pro is amazing and a lifesaver. My AC unit went out after hours and I called them. The operator on the other end was very friendly and he was able to dispatch a technician. Senior technician Chad came out immediately and was able to fix the problem right away. I am truly thankful for Chad because I have a small baby and a 5 year old and them being inside a hot house could be very dangerous. I recommend TemperaturePro to everyone. It was about a year ago that our system went down and in need of replacement. We called several contractors for estimates. Let me tell you if you're looking for a contractor that will treat you with the respect anyone deserves, then look no further! You may ask, was Temperature Pros the cheapest? Absolutely not, but, if you want to be treated with respect and be given the truth about any questions you have. I would challenge you to give them a chance and see for yourself. Chad Rod is the tech that was sent out and it was his professionalism, expertise, quality of work and, kind heart that made the decision easy for us to chose them and continue our services with Temperature Pros. It was Chad's ability to make us feel like he was a friend rather than potential client and, no amount of money can buy that kind of connection or assurance that you've made the right choice.

When I made my appointment, I was impressed they could come out the next day with it being the busy summer time. The next day, I got a text of my technician and his picture with a bio. I've never had that come to me from any company! They assessed my system and made recommendations without being pushy or making me think if I didn't do the repairs I was doomed. Will use them again for sure!

We had a new HVAC system put in a few months ago. They were on time, quick, and efficient. Yesterday it wasn't cooling and we called for an appointment. We weren't available that night, so we had an appointment for first thing the next morning. Chad was 10 mins early!! Which is a blessing when its hot in your house! Chad is the best! He educated us on how to prevent the issue again. (We are new home owners and still learning.) He is very friendly, super professional, and clearly extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him and this company for all your HVAC needs.

My home wouldn't cool...Chad came out to assist. I'm grateful he was honest. For some reason the thermostat was reading heat...I promise you I checked that it was set to cool before calling anyone out. However, I believe the air handler was shut off outside because the fan wasn't coming on. Anyhow, Chad got our system back to cooling. Update:John had to come out two days later. The true credit goes to him. John went through all the wires and found the real problem. As a courtesy for my inconvenience and air....he prioritized my needs and got me air in no time apologized and told me thank you for trusting temperature pro.
