Cowboy Air is the BEST company that I’ve ever experienced in my 41 years as a homeowner. From diagnosis of problems, to repair, to general maintenance…Cowboy Air has been on time, communicates well and fairly prices their services. There is something to be said for experience…Al Fulton, the president, has tons of it. He is a master of this craft and I highly recommend him and his firm.

Al and his team are the best, we’ve used them at multiple occasions to repair and replace our HVAC. Prompt and responsive, and always professional. Don’t use some big box call center, stick with the Small Business that’ll take care of you.

Al and Cowboy Air Condition was amazing. Our AC went out on a 100° day and not only did he answer the call quickly but found a hard to replace motor so that our home is now nice and cool. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

I called and spoke with Al Fulton and described the issue we were having. He had a service repair person show up the same day! Justin was very professional and quickly found the problem. We needed a new condenser and Al even checked to see if we were still under warranty. Unfortunately, we were not but Cowboy A/C had a new unit installed the next afternoon!

Cowboy HVAC saved the day for us. Our A/C went out and we needed a new unit. Cowboy had been out before for other issues and had done an excellent job. They were straight forward and honest about the situation. Told me he would try and have it done the next day. They came through, after already installing other units that day.

They had a new A/C in within a couple of hours and even followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend.

Al, the owner, is the BEST. He will go out of his way to try and make things work for you. My in-laws' AC was broken in this 106 degree heat. Called Cowboy Air and Al, sent out one of his techs to fix it the same day! THAT'S what I call awesome service!!! Tech came out, added freon, stayed around to make sure it was working properly before leaving! One of the many reasons I refer this company to all my friends!

The team at Cowboy Air conditioning were responsive and cared about what was going on. Al Fulton, the owner personally came out and to assess my problem. He was professional and didn’t try to sell me on a new system. He went above and beyond. It’s a busy time for air conditioning and I appreciated their desire to accommodate their customers. This company is the best!!
Let me tell you something, my AC went OUT on yesterday afternoon around 4pm (the hottest part of a 100+ degree day) and temps began to increase inside my home full of out of town visitors quickly.
Mr Fulton actually walked me through a complicated procedure that successfully got my system back up and cooling within an hour!
