I don’t write a lot of reviews, but John was awesome!! He was fair, honest and very knowledgeable. He came out and fixed everything so quickly. Not only did he fix everything, but he showed me they why’s and how’s of what went wrong. He explained everything to me. I have had some bad experiences with HVAC companies in the past. From now on, I will always use John at TemperaturePro Dallas!

I've been working with a old HVAC that has a freon leak in it. John (very cool guy) came by yesterday and knew exactly what to do. He replaced my HVAC contactor, added freon and used a freon sealant to stop the leak. It took a quick 30 minutes and I was glad to have cold again in this terrible Texas heat. Every representative that's come to my house (Chad, Mark and John) have been extremely helpful. Temperature pro will be my go to guys until I can replace ole' big bertha (my old HVAC) system. Hoping the sealant gives me some relief for a while but I'm still impressed with the work and customer service from this company. Thanks again!

Chad has been to our house a few times to first fix and now maintain our HVAC system. Takes the time needed to look at everything and answers your questions but doesn’t try to upsale you. I appreciate that. Nice to have an AC company that looks at keeping a long term customer instead of trying to make a quick buck.

Love TemperaturePro! They do such a great job. Twice a year they come out and thoroughly check our systems. Really appreciate their professionalism. If looking for a new AC unit, call them 1st. You will not regret it.

Called TemperaturePro Dallas based on reviews after our air conditioner crashed which was discovered when my wife arrived home from work. Within two hours of calling, Jason was at the door. He was polite, professional, honest and helpful. Best of all Jason was able to get our ancient unit working so we could sleep in our own home tonight. Highly recommended.

They were able to get someone out the next day versus several others that said it would be 2-3 weeks. They sent a text w a photo of the technician and a minibio before he arrived. He was prompt, professional and sent an email report with photos. I was very impressed. Will call again.

Rich Edwards gave a very competitive price on installing new duct work to an existing furnace in my investment property. In addition, they moved the condenser unit from the back yard to the side yard. When it was discovered that the condenser unit had been mistakenly placed 7 ft away from the desired location, Rich acknowledged the mistake. No fuss. He agreed to move it to the right location the next day. He took responsibility and had it moved. Thank you Rich for your integrity AND competitive pricing!
