Our business made a call to TemperaturePro to fix our AC - as it was blowing out hot air on this 100 degree weather day.

They ended up arriving an hour earlier than expected. Not only was our tech, Butch, incredibly friendly and prompt, he got it working ASAP - no messing around. Incredible customer service and response time.

Was very pleased with this company - will use again!

John did an outstanding job .Super friendly guy and very knowledgeable professional . He diagnosed the issue pretty quickly .This was the same issue which my home warranty(choice warranty) had sent me some third party vendor who had completely given me false details about my AC unit and was trapping me to buy a new unit from them . Luckily I did not fall for it and found TemperaturePro and John . All it needed was just a motor change . John even spoke to my home warranty and explained them but as usual they ignored everything. Anyways long story short highly recommend temperature pro and John

We had Chad come out to inspect both units in a house my wife and I were looking to buy. They came on short notice, had a picture of who they wanted to see, looked over the inspection report and came to the house right on time. Chad explained what he was looking at and why, and helped fill in the gaps on how it works and how to make the most of the system. The inspection was some of the best money ever spent. I will definitely go with them when it comes time to upgrade the unit!

Last week we got the new units put in and that prices was just as painless and easy. We ordered the unit after an in home cost estimate. They came a week later (our best time) and installed the unit over a few hours. The installation went great and no issues with the ac unit. The workers were very polite and respectful.

This was a very positive experience. Chad was kind and competent. He did the job and did it well. So good to know that there is such a quality company and that I can trust them to keep my system running well,

We had our system go down in the middle of the night, so the next morning I called Temperature Pro. John showed up at my house within just a few hours and got right to work to assess the issue. Not only did he quickly assess the problem, he walked me through step-by-step on what was happening, as well as showed me potential items to be on the lookout for down the road. I thought that the pricing was reasonable, and he even made a pvc repair for us in the attic on his own dime. I had some additional a/c questions about duct work, as we may be doing a remodel soon. John had their designer, Mark, come out and do a free quote on what a new system would cost, also giving me advice on what to look for in the future. That is how business should be done, and I will be using them for projects down the road. Definitely give these guys a call if you are in an HVAC bind.

We are totally satisfied with the service that was provided by the company. Our service technician was great. Answered all of our questions that we had. We are so lucky to have this company to back us up for our heating and cooling system.

My technician is Chad Rod. He definitely goes the extra mile to provide the best possible customer service. During all these days of temps above 100, other companies had me waiting while they ordered parts? But my superhero Chad came after hours, parts in his van, and completed the job. We were cooling in a couple hours. I’ve found the company I want to do business with and it’s TemperaturePro Dallas Richardson!

I love this company! They texted when technician was on the way with a picture of the tech. John arrived and was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to get our A/C working again. He cj clef all vents and filters and was able to tell me what had to be repaired today and what I could wait on. Totally will use Temperature Pro again!!

I didn’t catch his name but the tall skinny older man with tattoos smelled like he had just smoked a joint . Maybe it’s just me but i would want someone high dealing with my customers I won’t be calling again. Do business’ now days not drug test before hiring? And he drives a company vehicle? That’s a liability waiting to happen.
