Chad came to fix a problem with my new HVAC. He knew before he cane what he needed to fix it. Was in and out in 5 minutes. This company has the nicest and most caring about their customers. I’m so glad I switched to them. Not sure I have ever had such good service.

Chad showed up on-time and did a great job of explaining everything. He made a follow up visit to look at an issue that wasn't even within his scope. Great customer service. I highly recommend TemperaturePro.

John was called in for a follow up call and he did a great job, was an excellent communicator and was very honest in his assessment. Having worked in the HVAC industry myself previously, I can vouch for his level of honest evaluation on what needs to be repaired and that he does what’s best for the customer.

Jason Deweese was very knowledgeable and friendly while repairing a couple of issues with our heating/ac unit. He kept us informed as to the status of the part that needed to be ordered and also his arrival times. He also shared some tips we could do ourselves to help the unit run better. This company is a top notch locally owned business. We're in the middle of a heat wave and my AC's condenser stopped working last night. I called them after 9, expecting that I would have to wait till the morning to get someone to come out look at it but that was not the case. I received a call back and they sent a technician within an hour. They emailed me his name so I would know who to expect and when he got here, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part he needed to fix it. He also checked the rest of the system to make sure there weren't any other issues that might cause a problem. I was expecting a HUGE bill because it was late and he had to install a new part but the bill was reasonable and fair. Thank you. I will not hesitate to call them for any other maintenance or repairs I need and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

I had worked with Temperature Pro before and called them to address the AC issue at my primary home. Mark showed up on time, reviewd my current AC unit and set up, was professional, very detailed in his quote, answered all my questions, was not pushy at all. His honest approach to the process made me comfortable and I was able to decide on the spot with out having to go shopping around for better quotes. So the initial interaction has been great. Today Colton and Doyle came by to install and did a great job. Colton was very thorough, even in the burning attic temperature. Very clean work with no complaints. I would use Temperature Pro for my future AC needs.

Had a tech come out to diagnose a failing system and decided to go with a whole new system. Everyone involved was very professional and on time. The installation went smoothly and the cooling is fantastic. They called the following week to say there was a new special running that included my specific model. Even though I purchased mine prior to the special, they were going to send me a rebate check anyway! I highly recommend these guys.
