I give Chad a 10/10! He came out to do an estimate for one of my buyers under contract. Chad was not only professional, but he was very thorough throughout his evaluation. He was friendly, pointed issues out as he went, and communicated those issues in a way that I could understand. I will definitely be contacting Chad and TemperaturePro for future AC/Heating needs!

As a female homeowner, there's things worth noting:
- Safety: before arrival, they sent a picture and short bio about the technician so I know who to look out for
- Respect: from the phone consultation and booking to the tech on-site - all employees communicated professionally. It sounds silly saying this out loud as one would expect personalism, but I've had poor experiences with some contractors in the past. Temperature Pro kept it professional the entire time

At the end of the day, there are hundreds of contractors who can fix the AC, but how they treat customers is what makes the difference. Their professionalism and respect convinced me to use Temperature Pro again for future maintenance

They trouble shot and Identified the issue within minutes as well as had my AC repaired and running in less than an hour.
