Technician was on time and super helpful. Walked me through everything as he did his inspection and gave me lots of great tips for future upkeep. Fees for the service were reasonable considering the work required and the age of my ac unit. Would highly recommend!

Great customer service. The new AC unit in my business died and the original installer (who is NOT affiliated with TemperaturePro Dallas-Richardson) refused to answer my calls let alone fix his shoddy work. Doyle and Jason were polite and professional and even got the manufacturer to honor the warranty even though we were a few months past the warranty term. I also appreciated the arrival time notifications which included a photo so I'd know exactly who to expect. Excellent follow-up from the owner Mark, as well. These guys are legit. I hope my residential AC doesn't fail anytime soon, but if it does I have them on speed dial.

Chad was great - very professional and worked hard to get us back and operational from a dead compressor - he was able to resuscitate our compressor and save us big money. He is always welcome at our house. His pricing was reasonable and he did not upsale unnecessary items.

John and the other staff at Temperature Pro Dallas were awesome. John was extremely through and was respectful of my and my time. I loved that I didn't have to wait weeks for service and the prices were fair. I will definitely continue to use Temperature Pro for all my AC/heating needs.

We had a 25 year old AC unit that finally bit the dust. I had been using TemperatureProDallas - Richardson for 2-3 years for maintenance, and when it came time to do a replacement, they were my choice from multiple bids - can't beat having past history to help make a decision. Mark was very thorough in what options we had; no pressure, and very responsive. We decided at noon of Saturday the 3rd of July to have a complete HVAC replacement, and we were up and running by 8pm. Mark followed through, answered every question, and was a pleasure to deal with. The crew was very professional, and Cory did a great job when they came back and installed the new air return. Couldn't e happier with my choice.

Had another company install a system 5 years ago before I knew about this company. I have always had issues with my duct work and all the rooms not cooling the same.
