The service & professionalism is unmatched. Chad Rod did a great job of thoroughly going through the system, providing a detailed explanation of what was right and what could use some attention. The issues were managed completely providing good peace of mind that the system is functioning like it should. This tech has a great way of explaining the ins and outs of the system in a way that can easily be understood & he shows you the photos of the system so that you can feel confident in your understanding. He is very personable & responsive. I have never had an a/c technician send a handwritten thank you card. It was such a nice touch and a reminder of the gratitude this organization has for its clients. Nicely done, Chad & everyone at Temperature Pro!

Technician was very responsive and listened to my explanation of events that lead us to a system failure. He then took appropriate action to fix not only that situation, but checked the rest of the system to ensure he did not have to be called right back out for something that was missed. I have full confidence in the work that was done. I felt so confident with his work and the whole experience that I started up their Total Comfort Maintenance (TCM) plan they have even though my unit is only 5 years old. That will at least give me a discounted price and more comfort knowing my system will get tech eyes on it at least twice a year.

Brandon was on time, listened to the problem, fixed the issue, explained the things they could lead to issues in the future. He was friendly and professional. I would use Temperature pro service for technicians like Brandon.

Chad Rod came to repair my A/C he was very knowledgeable, meticulous, honest and professional! He did find the problem immediately saving me thousand of dollars compare to another other company that wanted to make me replace my outside unit completely and reap me off! I am so grateful this repair guy had integrity and had 25 years of experience so he could see that my unit only needed to be cleaned and he added a booster to make more efficient! Moe and the TemperaturePro Team did an amazing job completely revamping my homes HVAC system this month, just in time for the cold weather season here in Texas! The team was punctual, professional, and experts in their field, and they kept me and my wife informed as they worked over the course of a couple days on the job. Would definitely recommend the TemperaturePro Dallas team for any HVAC needs, big or small!

Chad did a great job. He helped install a smart thermostat as well as did a full service maintenance and two minor repairs to keep the unit in great shape. Did a great job informing us of what was critical, could wait, etc.
