I would recommend Temperature Pro Dallas-Richardson to anyone. Specifically, Chad Rod, was great! He was very professional and thorough. He talked to us about the issue with our AC and showed us the problem as well. The icing on the cake, was that Temperature Pro was responsive and able to come out to our house right away for service!

John was by far the best HVAC technician we’ve had. He went above and beyond in every way. He checked and improved things no other company has ever done for us. He helped explain things in a way that was easy for me to understand and trust. He drastically improved the cooling in our house and for the first time in 5 years, our master bedroom is the same temperature as the rest of the house, which we’ve always had trouble getting it cool in the summer/warm in the winter. We won’t be using any other company for the foreseeable future. We cannot thank John enough!

AC CAPACITOR was dead. Butch diagnosed the problem immediately and replaced it right away. I have used this company 3 times in the past and they never disappoint. Actually company and technicians are simply outstanding in every way.

We were in a bind on the weekend and called more than 20 HVAC companies. All said they either didn’t have anyone who could come out or said they could call someone in for nearly $600! Then a friend recommended Temperature Pro and all I can say is WOW! The gentleman that called me was Chad Rod. I would highly recommend asking for him. He came in and did amazingly thorough job servicing our HVAC. He was here for a few hours and did not seem to in a hurry or upset that he had to work on the weekend. Chad was very professional. After doing the job, he sat down with my wife and I and went over his entire report with us, explaining the items in the report without using industry jargon. His explanations were easy to understand. Go with Temperature Pro! (Don’t forget to ask for Chad Rod!)

Mark and Chad have been a pleasure to work with. Having your AC go out in the heat of summer is never a fun experience, but these guys made sure that we had a very complete inspection and went though every option we had in detail. They were very transparent and honest, which is something that we had not experienced with an HVAC company until now. They brought a portable AC unit to help keep us cool while we decide what our best course of action will be.
I feel confident that no matter what we decide to do as far as repairing/replacing our system TemperaturePRO Dallas will make sure that we are well taken care of and that their work will be quality.

Called TemperaturePro to replace AC and furnace - with specials their quote came to be the lowest for a bryant system. Front office was very responsive and timely in communication. Richard showed up with his crew right on time and even though the estimate was for 8 hrs - he brought in extra crew to get the whole work completed in under 4 hrs. Very happy and loved their time commitment, quality of work and professionalism. Highly recommend.
