We had batteries replaced and a complete home electric safety check. We do this annually. Jeff Pennington was our serviceperson this year and he was very thorough and and answered all our questions which allowed us to feel confident about the safety of our home and to make decisions about our old smoke detectors.

Our service tech was a nice guy but on top of the $100 service call (which was totally fair) they charged $200 to light the pilot light of our water heater. We know how to light the pilot light! The problem was we had lit it 3 times and it kept going out. There was no fix to the water heater since it was so old, but they charged $200 to light it. We didn’t need help doing that! Crazy!!

Technician was fairly well prepared then handed me a laminated sheet with 3 pre-set packages from $5,000 (Bronze) to $9,200 (Gold) to clean 2 systems (no repairs or duct replacement).

A former advertising executive for Fortune 100 companies including Disney & ABC, I understand ad costs must be covered by service fees. It obviously hasn’t affected their business but I found them significantly overpriced for a non-specialized service & I chose another company.

Milestone rep was attentive and informative. Our unit purchased from and installed by milestone is in very good operational condition. They always show you a vid and explain the things they show you. They tell you if what your seeing is nothing to worry about or if it's a concern they advise and offer solutions.
